Quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood with about 35 homes. Home Maximum 8 people.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large porch and close proximity to the grocery store, beach, and coffee shop. Mary Ellen was also a great host. She left us with clear instructions and helpful information. 10/10 weekend

Great stay! We were in town for a LAX tournament and Mary's place was perfect for our family of 4. There was plenty of room, location was great (close to LAX venue as well as being a short drive to the boardwalk in Bethany). House was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location with all the accommodations. Nice yard and outdoor shower for kids to use.

Very quiet location to stay

Recently stayed here for three nights with my husband and our three kids. It's very clean, well decorated, and comfy. The neighbors are helpful but keep to themselves. I would definitely stay here again 🙂

Short Bethany Beach Stay

We were down for just a couple of days to enjoy the beach. The property is clean, well maintained, and just a short drive to the beach. Nice and quiet place to relax when you're done having fun at the beach.

Quiet location. Bright, airy home. Very clean and comfortable. Nice size kitchen with lots of extras. Coffee, tea, sugar, chips. Well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, blender, microwave. Freezer had an ice maker. There were 3 comfy sofas in the living room. I believe one was a sofa sleeper. Beds were comfortable. Bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels were all supplied. Large deck in front and smaller deck in back. Clothesline and an outdoor shower. Washer and dryer were a plus.Would recommend for a family with kids, friends traveling together, grandparents with grandkids.

Freshly renovated & family friendly neighborhood

Easy check in & check out process. Nice location & neighborhood. Newly renovated & nice interior. Nice short walk to fishing & crabbing. Short drive to the beach. Owner was very responsive & provides lots of valuable information about the house & surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Wonderful in everyway

I visited with my husband and 2 teenage sons. Because of our location we were able to visit multiple beaches-Bethany, Fenwick-OCMD..and that as just a few. The neighbor was quiet and the Property was spacious enough for my teens to feel at home. Everything is wellmantined and clean...Also Mary Ellen was a gem to communicate with. I'm hoping we get to book again!

July 4th at the beach!

Though not fancy, the stay was comfortable and provided all we needed. Sheets and towels are provided, as are other amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels. My husband and myself were the primary residents- but my two adult daughters joined us for part of the time- each at separate times. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning cooled things down quickly during a hot week. The neighborhood was so convenient. The grocery store was within walking distance and it was easy to bike around the area. The beach trek took longer than usual because of the week (July 4). That’s not the fault of the property- just the result of vacationing with thousands of others. 😳 We didn’t boat or kayak- but the house is located near a dock-another nice bonus.

The place is exactly as described, every thing was very clean and well maintained, the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There is a supermarket right near by if you need anything and just minutes from Bethany beach or Fenwick Island is just a bit further down the road. Mary was great with any questions we had pre-check in and during our stay. All in all a perfect place at the beach, would definitely stay here next time we come down!

Easy and Clean experience.

Only stayed for one night as we were in town for a wedding, but the entire place was very clean and easy to check in/out. Highly recommend if staying in the Bethany Beach area!

Great, family-friendly place

Checkin was easy and owner was friendly and responsive. Our second year staying here and we enjoyed it just as much. Outdoor shower, clothes line, and washer/dryer are great features if you have kids. Definitely recommend it!

Great location for outside activities. One mile drive into Bethany Beach. Launch your boat or jetski each day in our private owned boat ramp, crab or fish in the canal, Golf at Salt Pond across the street, Shop at Hockers across the street. Ocean View Brewery down the street along with various restaurants. Take a Bike/Walk/Hike through Fresh Pond or two other trails within walking distance. Also convenient to West Avenue Playground/Park and Ocean View Marina.
