This gorgeous waterfront home on Hamilton Main Channel offers fantastic views, direct water access, and stunning interiors with modern furnishings.

Inside, gather in the living room to stream your favorite shows and lounge on the sofa. When hunger strikes, head into the well-equipped kitchen to whip up delicious meals with loved ones.

The dining table is great for family-style meals and board game nights. Other interior highlights include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and cable TV. If you are traveling with a larger group or more families, this retreat can be booked together with other two homes for the perfect group vacay!

Outside, you’ll love spending leisurely hours grilling, or sitting in the shade and enjoying the view of the waterfront. A covered boat slip space means boat owners can freely explore the surrounding water as well!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect weekend get a way!

We had a great time just relaxing and watching the boats! The house was comfortable and well decorated. Communication with vacasa was timely. We would stay again

Be warned about the house and the property mgmt company

Be warned that this home will have the "charm" of lake living that includes musty smells and being overrun with mosquitos.We arrived late in the evening due to traveling. Walking into the house it smelled incredibly musty. The ceiling fan didn't work in the main bedroom and the dehumidifier was full of water so who knows how long it hadn't been running. Even after trying to get the A/C going and emptying/re-starting the humidifier it didn't smell great. We left to pick up water and supplies and returned after dark. This is when it became super obvious how bad the mosquitos were. You could see light coming out from the house above the front door so the gap seems to let more mosquitos in. It was once we got back inside the house that we saw all the remains of squashed mosquitos EVERYWHERE. On the ceiling, on the walls, in the lights. It was disgusting.We booked this property to celebrate our 25th anniversary and this was definitely not a place we felt comfortable staying. We messaged the host via the VRBO app to let them know we were booking a hotel for the night and could not stay there. Very late that night we got a message back from the property management company - in Oregon - who said they would get in touch with the local representative who would be in touch. Nearly 3 days later, I still hadn't heard back from them, even after I repeatedly reached out for an update and a refund request we were told this was the "charm" of lake living. What a terrible experience!

Long weekend at Hot Springs

Very nice. Enjoyed some bank fishing in morning and evening. Good location. Enjoyed horse races on Sunday, and downtown Hot Springs and Nat'l Park on Saturday, including the bath house. Would like to go back sometime.

The house was wonderful, we sat out on the deck for hours did not leave the property for 2 days , great little pizza place we walked to from the house . It was a terrific time !!

Best Bungalow!

We randomly booked a spring break trip to Hot Springs and stumbled across this place. Once we arrived we were in Heaven. We broke out the grill, did lots of fishing, and pretty much had the whole peninsula to ourselves. Our kids were all about exploring, fishing, and kayaking. Its centrally located and easy to get around Hot Springs.No complaints from us just a peaceful getaway to unwind and relax.

The location was great; everything (restaurants, downtown) is 15-20 minutes away. The location was serene. And the house was the perfect size for a couple. The check-in/check-out process was simple.

The location of this property is great! We mostly just sat on the deck and enjoyed.

We are from West Texas and it was our first time in Hot Springs and we really enjoyed our stay there. The house was very comfortable. WE loved the loved the location, there was no one around us all week. Its a great location and scerenry was great!

Fabulous Location

This property was well appointed and comfortable. The spacious porch overlooking Lake Hamilton had the best view in the area! It is directly on the water!

Our stay in the bungalow

The lake was beautiful, the back deck was relaxing and great for viewing the lake. The house was comfortable but needed some attention. One of the three ceiling fans didn’t work, unfortunately it was the one in the master bedroom. The coffee pot quit working on our last day.

The property needs some maintenance, especially the decks. House only had 2 coffee cups. Had to go get some since there was four of us. We will book again. Great get away.

Absolutely fabulous!

Where do I start? The location of the rental was wonderful! The home was well laid out, clean and very comfortable! The surrounding yard was beautiful, and the quiet in the area couldn't be beat. Spent a lot of time on the decks and could even catch fish from them! Absolutely the best vacation rental I have ever encountered!
