This spacious and charming condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for a family getaway. Recently renovated with stylish vinyl plank flooring throughout, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds, a closet, and an attached bath with its own tub/shower combo. For those seeking adventure, dolphin-watching tours and deep-sea fishing excursions are readily available, providing opportunities to get up close and personal with the Gulf's vibrant marine life. Additionally, the Wharf, a premier entertainment complex, is a hub of activity with its concerts, shopping boutiques, delectable dining options, and a towering Ferris wheel that offers breathtaking views of the area. Please note: Wind Drift is conducting concrete repairs around the exterior of the building. This specific unit is not be DIRECTLY impacted though here is what to expect:

• Anticipated Schedule: October 28, 2024, through end of May 2025, weather permitting.
• Swing stages present around portions of the building.
• Expect noise from drilling and grinding, and dust from surrounding work.
• Most of the work in May is focused on the walkways and stairwells, so the Gulf side is minimally affected.

Please remain up to date for possible changes.

** Please Note: Wind Drift will be replacing common walkway doors from May through June 2025 schedule permitting. While impacts are anticipated to be minimal, guests should expect some sort of noise level. The extent to which, the property has been unable to verify but work will only occur during business hours. This units floor will be reached in the month of June specifically, schedule permitting.


*Please note: Parking is a separate charge with the property itself. Guests will be required to register on their website. Pass pricing is subject to change in regards to reservation dates, not date of booking. Reach out for details.

* Parking passes are valid for 7 days from date of check in for short term stays, and 30 days for monthly. Any additional lengths of stay require additional guest registration.

*Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).
