Our two-car garages are designed to meet building limits for two standard vehicles, with limited additional parking available in the parking lot. If you plan to bring more than two vehicles, please notify our office at least one week prior to arrival to discuss parking options.

RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Fines beginning at $500 may be applied for smoking of any kind in or near the property.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

4. All houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests agree to take responsibility for the home, report damages and cover expenses via personal payment or pre-purchased travel insurance.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. PETS are permitted only with prior approval

8. Parking: Off-street parking is provided for 3 vehicles. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the back of the property beside Unit #1. A service comes and removes garbage weekly.

11. Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

Refunds: Your 50% booking fee is nonrefundable (unless you purchase optional travel insurance and your cancellation is approved).

All thoroughly enjoyed their stay in this A+, 5-star home. The location was superb. The ambiance and decorated home were exceptional! Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Good place with potential to be great.

Good things: Location was great and had easy, quick access to the beach which is what we were looking for. The unit was very clean and updated. Beach chairs and Boogie boards was a nice convenience to have. Traffic was not terrible. The ability to wake up and walk to the beach in 5 minutes for the amazing sunrise every morning was a blessing. Inconvenient things: Parking was a major inconvenience. Was advised that the garage was designed for 2 compact cars. In reality it would have to be 2 very small compact cars to get in and out of the garage to utilize both spaces in the garage. Not ideal for travelers. There are only a total 3 extra spots outside available for 5 units. Odds are not good to get one of them. Parking in lots or garages is hard to find for less than 30 a night. We parked 5 blocks away in a garage for 20 overnight (Closest available at the time). The main floor and all bathrooms did NOT have any blinds or curtains for privacy. The unit has A LOT of steps to the bedrooms and the rooftop deck. Was not a major issue for our family, but something that should be noted for people that are not good with stairs. Unit has 5 floors counting the garage and rooftop levels. We didn't mind the exercise.

Perfect stay nestled in the beach city life

Overall, rental was great due to the location, square footage & responsiveness of host!Cleanliness - the house wasn’t as clean as we imagined it would be. There was hair in our bathroom, and house’s furniture/shelving was quite dusty so we ended up cleaning a bit. The dishes on the shelf were all wet when we got there.Level 1 - entry way - nice space that leads directly to stairwell to access the rest of the house and inner garage door; we had an issue with small, flying bugs in this area that liked to hang out at the window/entry doorLevel 2 - Kitchen - has the necessities except a drying mat or drying towel for dishes; lacks privacy from neighboring rentals because the windows on the backside of the house have no blinds, shades or drapes Living room - very lovely space for fellowship with family and friends Powder room - good, but could use blinds/screen over window because the neighbors have a clear view into this bathroom Level 4 - laundry room, master bedroom, large storage closet, master bathroom - great other than bathroom window also provides no privacy from neighboring vacation rental behind the house and the water pressure in the shower is very low Level 3 - 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom - one bed is soft and one bed is quite firm; water pressure in shower and bath is low; both rooms have spacious closetsLevel 4 - rooftop - lovely; umbrella would be a nice additionParking - garage is spacious; parking is tight behind the garage so take it slow

Modern, comfortable & fun but missing a few things.

We had a family of seven stay and it was a comfortable stay. However, the kitchenware was inadequate for a larger group i.e. need more pots and pans, cooking utensils, hot mitts… Master bedroom didn’t have a TV but the other two bedrooms and living room did. Cable TV/Wifi reception was poor. There was an ironing board but no iron.
