Off street parking. 2 big beautiful porches to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Full kitchen to make a homemade meal or take a 5 min walk downtown and enjoy the town’s restaurants and bars. Only a 5 min drive off I-89.

This was perfect for our stay during UVM family weekend. Our daughter wanted a homecooked meal and to watch a family movie, and it was a comfortable space for this. It was only a 10 minute drive to campus or downtown Burlington, and didn't break the bank.

Great apartment and great location

The apartment was roomy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood just about a block from the main street in Winooski, a beautiful little town on the Winooski River. There are great restaurants and a brewery in town, which is only a couple of miles from both Burlington and the airport. Highly recommend!

Great spot in Winooski

My husband, a friend, my son and I stayed at Errin's place the night before the Vermont City Marathon. It was very conveniently located and had lots of amenities. Parking was easy and convenient. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and cozy.

Great Option Near UVM

Nice dog-friendly 2 BR close to the UVM campus and Church St in Burlington. Winooski has a cute town center as well. Beds were super comfy, and love that we could bring our dog. Would stay here again!

Good spot

Great spot as a home base for a weekend in Winooski/Burlington. Loved being walking distance from a coffee shop, food options, and a brewery, especially with young kids.

Even nicer than expected!

The place was absolutely lovely and was nicer than expected; with new furniture, curtains, and nice linens. They also had coffee and creamer ready for the morning which was nice. The host was easy to get in touch with too. Great place to stay!!

Great stay on Maple Street

We were in Burlington to get our daughter set up as a freshman at UVM. We chose to stay in Winooski to check out the neighborhood. The apartment was great, perfect size for us! We were just as comfortable hanging out for a night in as we were walking around to check out restaurants and bars... fun time, thank you!

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

This was a pleasure trip for three adults. This was a perfect stay; it is conveniently located, whether our outings were by foot or by car. The apartment itself is very roomy and nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable! Everything we needed for a long weekend get-away was provided. Highly recommend.

Awesome property!

The property was exactly as listed and as pretty as the pictures. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants including a brewery. We drove to the waterfront but it’s probably close enough to walk. The property was clean and came with everything we needed. Thank you Errin!

The most comfortable bed!

We stayed for 2 nights and were going to do a marathon and i was worried that a bad bed would spoil my sleep. But no need to have worried. The king bed that i slept in was one of the most comfortable that i have ever slept in. The place was cozy, functional and so close to downtown winnooski.

Stocked!

This place was the most stocked rental I’ve ever seen! Errin is very responsive and a great host. It’s an older unit that doesn’t have a dishwasher and the yard is not maintained which doesn’t give a great first impression, but don’t let that fool you. It’s darling inside with very very comfortable beds and pillows, it feels clean, and it’s a quiet location that is central to everything. We had great sleep and a great stay here, and would stay here again.
