This fully equipped Ground Floor New England style studio has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Burlington area and work from home. One block off Route 7/Shelburne Rd., tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, it is minutes away from Lake Champlain, Shelburne Farms, Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Vineyards, micro-breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Burlington. You will enjoy the easy drive to Stowe, mountain biking at Catamount, the Lake Champlain Ferry and Montreal. The studio is well appointed with a queen size bed, and a sofa bed that can be made up as a twin xl or queen. The full kitchen features electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, 3 types of coffee makers, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is fully stocked with linens and amenities, and a laundry center with washer and dryer. Free off street parking for one vehicle is available, only steps away from the entrance. Free street parking is available. During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor patio with table and chairs and an umbrella. This place is great for short stays or longer bookings!

This was by far the best VRBO accommodations I have stayed in so far. Communication, Easy Directions to Apartment, Easy entry, Superior Cleanliness, comfortable living space and bed, bathroom was clean and included a washer dryer if needed, kitchen was organized well and host had coffee supplies for a wonderful cup of coffee without having to leave the apartment in the morning. Granola bars were also a treat from the host! Enjoyed a relaxing morning having coffee and listening to the birds in the well landscaped private bark yard. Highly recommend this rental to all and the area has many things to do!

Very nice studio with lovely yard and updated kitchen, bath and furniture. Well equipped kitchen with blender and loved the fresh cream and maple syrup.

We loved our stay here!! The rental was clean, nicely decorated, and in a beautiful setting. Tamarah reached out before we arrived to see if we would like the extra bed made up, which was much appreciated. She offers many comforts that go above and beyond, like local maple syrup in the fridge, a cabinet full of toiletry items that you might need, and more. She was very responsive to us before and during our stay. I highly recommend this rental!

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay in this lovely studio. From the moment we entered the tidy and well furnished unit, we felt we had made an excellent choice. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The amenities and kitchen supplies were plentiful and there were thoughtful supplies like coffee and fresh cream available. It is evident the hosts take much pride in their property, both inside and out, and we recommend it very highly.

This space is lovely and well appointed. Everything was thoughtfully provided and comfortable- and I appreciated extra touches such as cream and maple syrup, some granola bars, ice ready in the freezer. I enjoyed the patio and lush grounds. I found the crisp cleanliness and organization of the apartment to be relaxing. The couch was comfy for lounging, the bed was comfortable for sleeping, and the rocking chair was divine. I highly recommend this property.

This is a quiet neighborhood with peaceful and friendly families. The studio is at the end of a dead-end street. There is a train track near the neighborhood so once in a while you will hear the soft rumble of the train because it is a welded track and they are not allowed to blow their whistle in our town. It is very nice and quiet.

We created the studio to be fully furnished, and attention was given to every detail of daily life in the design. It is equipped with everything you would need if you needed to shelter in place. All bedding, linens, dishes, and amenities you would need to stay for a short time or quite a long stay is there for you to feel comfortable and lacking nothing. There is a beautiful yard to view out of your windows, and you are in a location that is close to all of the sights and shopping to have quick access to what you came to Burlington for, without being right in the city of Burlington.
Guests who have booked our studio say that it's cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ease of access are their favorite things about their stay here.
