This 1-Bedroom Guesthouse is located just steps away from Lake Hollingsworth. Enjoy all the activities, restaurants, and bars in downtown Lakeland. Tastefully renovated, this guesthouse was designed to provide comfort and an easy commute to Florida Southern College, downtown Lakeland, Lake Morton, Lake Mirror, and Dixieland Historic District.

Besides being the perfect location around Lake Hollingsworth, the Guesthouse provides comfortable furnishings, thoughtful renovations, and tasteful decor to provide an elegant and modern vibe.

As you enter, the living room provides a queen sofa bed, a nook area with a circular dining table that seats (4), and a full kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, and sink. There are plenty of kitchen utensils for you to prepare meals.

The bedroom is cozy, providing a queen-size bed, closet, two nightstands, a dresser, and a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

This Guesthouse features everything you would need to relax and have peace in beautiful Lakeland.

Great stay - great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and had all the kitchen and bath items we needed. Good communication with owner. We really liked the location - across froma lake with a nice walking path and close to restaurants, etc.

Such a lovely guest house. So clean and comfortable on a beautiful street. The lake is beautiful and great for walking. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. Well stocked kitchen. Just overall great place! Thank you!

This place was exactly as described—if anything, even better in person! The hosts were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming from start to finish.The location is a huge bonus—right on one of Lakeland’s most beautiful lakes and perfectly central to downtown, making everything we needed super convenient.As a VRBO owner myself, I tend to have pretty high standards… and this sweet space absolutely delivered. It exceeded my expectations in all the right ways.We stayed here as a group of three (my two adult daughters and me), and the couch easily converted into a very comfortable bed—plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy.We truly loved our time here and hope you enjoy it just as much as we did!
