Cadaci Vacation Rentals is excited to introduce this beautiful newly renovated home with brand new sparkling swimming pool, Baja deck and hot tub plus putting green! This home offers a spacious split floor plan with two master bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom also has a king bed, fourth bedroom has two twin beds and the fifth bedroom is set up as a private office. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils, baking dishes, kids dishes, pots and pans and much more. The living room is nice and open to the dining room and kitchen electric fireplace and large TV. The backyard offers comfortable seating and lounging areas, built in BBQ with an outdoor kitchen. Large pool with spa, and Baja deck, pool fence. Plenty of room to hang out and catch some sun.

This home is located near Old Town Scottsdale where you will find some of Scottsdale`s best restaurants, bars, entertainment, art galleries, shops and so much more! Less than 10 minutes from Scottsdale Fashion Square mall with over 240 specialty stores and 10 minutes from the 101 freeway, where you can head to Casinos, Top Golf, the airport and much more.

Outside Trash: Trash can is in the alley. The recycle can is in the front and will be pulled to the curb and back again after pick up by a trash concierge service. Only RECYCLE materials go in the recycle bin, no trash. If the city does not pick up the recycle due to non-recycle items, guests will be charged for pick up.

The whole house is for your use. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office, and outdoor seating area, BBQ and outdoor kitchen, TV, sun loungers and sparkling new pool with hot tub.

We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.

Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We partner with a third party high technology app called DACK to enhance our guest experience.

We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation.

Easy access to the best golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Walk or bike to Old Town for Coffee, Restaurants, Groceries and more. Minutes from spas, golf courses, hiking trails, spring training facilities, casinos, Old Town Scottsdale, and Fashion Square.

You will want a car to get around, but everything is very close and convenient. Just minutes from shopping and dining, golf courses surround the area. A couple of minutes to the 101 freeway where you can head North to the Casino`s, Attractions, Stadiums, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping. Minutes to Old Town with Art Galleries, Fashion Square and amazing hang outs and restaurants. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 30-40 minutes depending on time of day and traffic.

Pool heat is $75 per night. Hot tub heat is free up to 2 hours per day. If you want to use it more than that it will be $75 per day. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat. If the weather drops below 50 degrees at night the heater may struggle to keep up.
Pool fence can be removed if there are no children under 6 at the home. Fee is $150
