Casa Oasis is a large, relaxing, modern home conveniently located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of NWA home. Close to everything and perfect for your NWA getaway. Two living rooms, plus a sunroom. This property sleeps 8 comfortably. We allow up to 10 people with extra guest fees. (Please note bedding arrangements) 1 acre lot and a nice open back yard. Explore the walking and bike trails nearby. Fully stocked , kitchen & laundry. This home does not allow pets.

Two Living Spaces plus a sun room: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 60” Smart TV, a sitting room and an extra large sun room with heat and air.

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, serving accessories, and more.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, large closet.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps. Bunk beds and a bed in the sunroom.

Outdoor Space: Large back yard and driveway.

- We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit. Cancellation policy for long term stays is 30 days before check in to receive a refund.

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

- EXTRA GUESTS - This listing is for 8 people. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
