Great time despite Hurricane Ian!

The property was as described and we had comfortable accommodations. Communication with Jody was excellent throughout the week as we needed some guidance and updates as we weathered the storm during Hurricane Ian. Jody was very responsive and we were glad to have this sturdy property to take shelter in. Despite a couple of days of the storm and closed parks, we had a wonderful time. Thank you, Jody!

Great secluded area for family

The location and layout were detailed well. The highspeed internet never really worked properly at the condo or at the clubhouse but everything else was generally as described. It would have received an excellent rating if the internet had worked. It is not brand new, but was well maintained and looked like it had been recently painted and carpet cleaned.

Very disappointed

I can't say enough how disappointed I was, but I guess you get what you pay for. The internet connection was useless, had to connect to the pool wifi to get anything done. 2 wash clothes in a place that sleeps 8?!?!?! The office staff was rude as can be. You can't have friends stop by for an hour or so without going to the office and filling out paperwork. I have stayed at many places in the Orlando area over the years and I have to say this was among the worst if not THE worst experience of them all. Prior to the trip i called the owner a few times to inquire about things and she NEVER returned one phone call. Homeaway.com really needs to review if this place is worthy of their listing.

A Little TLC

This location is perfect for easy access to the local restaurants, shopping and theme parks. How ever, the townhouse could really use some TLC. When we arrived check in was fairly easy, but upon entering the house we saw there were several vertical blinds missing from the patio door, hallway window and the master bedroom. We had to use towels and blankets to ensure our privacy while staying here. The kitchen did not have a blender and the refrigerator had not been thoroughly cleaned. Food particles were in the drawer. The floor upstairs creeks when you walk, as well as the tub floor in the bathroom. Dust balls were in the corners, closets and under the beds in all of the bedrooms. The twin beds were very uncomfortable and wobbly. The comforter folded in the bathroom downstairs smelled like urine. I have never stayed anywhere were I had to wash and fold all towels using my own laundry detergent, yet leave the dirty linen on the bed for housekeeping before checking out. The pool and basketball/tennis courts location was perfect. Overall, for last minute booking, I'm glad that Jody was able to accommodate my family of five.

Birthday Celebration gone wrong

I rented for my 55th Birthday Celebration..I checked in at 4 I decided to check it before my friends arrived and I headed to a planned concert. I got there and the place was not cleaned. I messaged the host who I must admit acted timely to get the issue resolved and cleaned a little after 7. I had left some frozen drinks in the freezer to chill while we were out since and some other things as I was there already and couldn't bring our things in. When I returned with my group from the Pre Birthday concert my items were gone. I did message the host.The roof in the living room and walls down stairs were brown you could tell from possible water damage. The living room sofa needs to be replaced and the shocker was the 13 inches or 19 inch TVs that were in the bedrooms upstairs. I also have a cleaning business and I recommend Management do an inspection on the cleaning, the baseboards nor walls are cleaned. I think what the house is getting after each stay is a touch up..I lived only 45 minutes away and decided after the place wasn't cleaned to go home and grab my own sheets and pillow cases. I was worried the linen would not be washed.. Cleaned in 2 hours with 4 beds of linens and spreads to wash & dry one machine worried me ,so to be safe I brought my own with lysol.They knew it was my Birthday and didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience. The host did reach out to me on my Birthday to tell me Happy Birthday..I feel they need some updated furniture and paint the walls and house needs a good spring cleaning and painting and it will be excellent as the location was quiet. Also note the flooring upstairs was lifting and may need to be tend to...Kudos however to the host..Maybe put in place face time review of place after cleaning to ensure it's done thoroughly and timely. Side note I also use to work in hotel management and know all to well the pull sheet method so I take all precautions.

Accommodation near Disney theme parks

The host was very accommodating and provided us with lots of information about local services that allowed us to plan our holiday and get the most out of our stay in Orlando. The accommodation had everything you could need whilst on holiday all equipment works effectively. We did have a problem initially with the air conditioning and the host again was very helpful and had it fixed within 24hrs. I would recommend the host and accommodation to others. You get exactly what is advertised and host is very helpful and responds to queries and problems very quickly.

Close to Disney

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was within 15 minutes of each Disney park. It was nice to have separate rooms, multiple bathrooms, and a laundry room. Also, the pool is next door to the house with easy access for families with children.

Clean and Comfortable

Host was extremely responsive throughout our booking and stay. We have stayed in this neighborhood numerous times over the years in different rentals. Jody’s place is clean with a new master bedroom mattress and new carpeting on the stairs. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean.

Great home

I enjoyed my stay at this property. My mom and I took a Mother’s Day vacation and she ended up having a medical emergency on Mother’s Day. I had to stay in the house alone for a night. I felt safe in this home. It was also a great place for my mom to just relax and take it easy once she was out of the hospital. It was very quiet (even with the pool right behind us). I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Items in property needs to be updated. Most of the outlets in the bedroom didnt work at all. Needs a better cleaning service to come in and do a proper cleaning.

Month long stay next door to the magic.

My wife and I stayed here for just over a month while we were home shopping in the area. The townhouse was as advertised and is literally 30 feet from the pool. Great choice for a family visiting Disney, you are less than 10 minutes from Disney property. Could use a little updating but overall a nice clean, safe, comfortable place to stay.

O imóvel é excelente tem tudo o que precisa para uma estadia de lazer, tudo bem equipado, não falta nada. os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. O proprietário é atencioso, responde prontamente qualquer indagação, muito prestativo também. Nice and economic

Overall a very nice stay. Walls could use a washing and flooring has some gaps upstairs in hallway. All appliances worked and appreciate the opportunity to stay in a house vs a hotel. Thanks.

Good for price

Could use some updating but overall good for price. Very convient to parks and close to Disney. Very quiet. Had no issues except could use more towels and wash cloths. Would stay here again.

Great Area! Close to Disney, Shopping, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, etc

Location and grounds are perfect! Close to Disney, Restaurants, Shopping and Grocery Stores yet it’s a nice quiet area and it was nice having a pool and hot tub in the back yard so close by. The owner, Jody was great to work with and responded to emails within 1 day. The mattresses on some of the beds are a bit tired and the TV’s are small but otherwise it’s great!
