Welcome to a very nice and quiet gated golfing community and beautiful home for a relaxing getaway. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an office space for working at home along with a murphy bed for extra sleeping accommodations. Located 10 minutes from historic Port Isabel and 15 minutes to South Padre Island beach, this home is a great home base for vacationers visiting South Padre Island area.
Some extra amenities are a ping pong table for guests to enjoy and bumper pool table/poker table room. A screen porch for relaxing and birdwatching . Guests will also get to enjoy community pool, tennis courts and easy access to golf course.

Roomy and comfortable

In area for granddaughter’s high school graduation . This large, comfortable home provided us with relaxing space to gather between planned events and celebrations! Really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to details that allowed us some cool, quiet times between all the festivities. Everything needed to make it feel like home was provided. Very nice!

Second Stay- just as great as our first!

Great house, great host, great location and property! Our family has enjoyed staying here while visiting local family for Easter for the last two years. Always clean, always pleasant experience. Will stay again, I’m sure!

My friends and I go on a yearly trip to the area. We typically stay on SPI, but the proximity of this property to the event we attend is amazing. The neighborhood is gated and secure. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Everyone was really pleased with the arrangements. Divots Bar and Grill is a hidden gem.

House meets the description. Is in a very secure gated community on the golf course that is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Best rental in the area so far!

We’ve stayed in several rentals in the Port Isabel area over the years. This was the best one so far! Very clean, comfortable, well stocked, nice & quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

Short Vacation

This home was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. One of the restrooms was handicap accessible, this was very nice. We had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay! Ralph was easy to work with and had great communication. We notified him of dryer not working when we used morning of departure. Only few things would be hand towels in bathrooms would be nice, new grilling utensils and grate on grill, and drain plug for bathtub. we felt very safe and everyone I saw outside while on a run were very friendly

Visit with grandpa

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent communication with the owner. We use VRBO homes once a month and I have to say that this has been the one perfect home yet. Definitely will recommend and will be back.

Summary Of Stay in Laguna Vista

The house was in wonderful condition, with all of the amenities we needed. It is located in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. There was a lot more room to accommodate more guests than just the two of us. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place close to the beach or just to play a round of golf.
