Perfect get away for quiet and relaxation. Awesome views of volcanic cliffs, top of property has beautiful views of Lake Roosevelt, four miles from free boat ramp in Lincoln, room for boat and/or RV, with electric, sewer and water hookup.

***Please check Google for driving distances to various locations. The miles at top of page may not be accurate. For instance, it says it is 5.8 miles to 7 Bays, but to drive there is is over 21 miles. This is a Google issue and VRBO can do nothing about it, nor can we.***

Many of our guests have enjoyed seeing turkeys, deer and especially a little herd of dall sheep.

Lovely place!! Our annual girlfriend trip. Everything was perfect. We definitely recommend this place if you're staying in this area. It's private and secluded. All ammenities were as described. Swimming is not too far away. We don’t have a boat, nor do we fish, but all that stuff is nearby too. Do bring all you need for food, etc as the nearest grocery is about a half hour away.

Perfect Respite

Perfect little getaway place on Lake Roosevelt. We were working in the area and only needed a place to clean up and sleep, but I would definitely stay for a vacation. It was the perfect quiet retreat spot.

Great Place!

A wonderful place to stay, house was clean with beautiful property around it. WiFi was great along with the bbq and everything needed to enjoy our stay.

This property was close to the wedding venue making it very easy to get too and from. It was very clean, we didn’t spend much time at the house but very clean and comfortable.

Vacation Friendversary!

What a beautiful place and so clean. We have several groups of friends in the area so we are familar around their, but it was nice to stay in a house. Stargazing was incredible and the lookout was amazing too. Would love to stay there again.

Peaceful Getaway

Very peaceful! Home was clean, pictures didn’t do justice on how nice this place is. Plenty of room for a big family like mine. WiFi worked for my city kids, saw deer, close to the lake. Would definitely stay again.

My happy place

The home is nestled in pine trees. Very peaceful area to enjoy solitude! The home is very clean and furnished. Their beds are very comfortable so you’re able to get a good nights rest! Nicely decorated new furniture! The owners are wonderful people, always there if you need them! A big plus!! It’s close to Lake Roosevelt where you can fish and go boating. Also great places to swim off the banks. We stay here every time we come up to Lincoln to vacation:) A must!

Great place !!

Loved this place!! Peace and quiet!! Close to the boat launch. We saw turkeys and deer in the yard and bighorn sheep up in the rocks.The place was very clean and well stocked. Will definitely be staying again.

A great place. We will return!

For us, this stay was perfect. Remote, but with all the amenities. We drove around and explored in the national park areas, went to the lake/ river and fished, saw tons of wildlife, dined in (at the house) and ate well, sat comfortably and watched movies before a good night's sleep.

Hidden retreat near the lake

This is an absolutely wonderful location and property. Stayed in a number of VRBO‘s and Air B&B‘s and this is one of the best stocked. The host was super gracious, responsive, and you can tell that she made great efforts to make this a great stay. The only recommendation I could make is a better set a frying pans because the ones there we’re not in the best condition. The A/C, Cable, spacious kitchen, and layout was perfect for a gathering of family and friends for a quick getaway or a couple of weeks stay. I know this property will be a popular one. I hope to find it available when we return. Thank you Janice, you did a wonderful job putting this property together and are a wonderful host.

Very clean, private location. Recommend backing in boat trailers if more than 1 boat. RV space and hookup was great!! Washer and dryer worked great dried beach towels in no time! Only concern is no dumpster to throw away excess garbage. Would stay again.

Nice quiet county setting

The house was very nice, clean, and just beautiful! The outdoors was not so much... We like to spend our time outside and it was just barren land. No grass, no shade, no outside activities, no table, no bbq. There were some chairs and luckily I brought a bbq, my son built a table with some cut logs. Overall, we had a great time because we were together and the house was very nice! Its my understanding that they are in the process fixing up the outside and I'm sure it'll be great when they get done!
