The Space:
Enjoy a round of pool with you and your friend!
This large backyard has plenty of seating, a pool with a water feature and grill for you to cook out on! Enjoy the Arizona sun lounging around the pool.
Bedroom 1: King Master ensuite with private bathroom attached. Full size bathroom with walk in shower, private toilet room, and a dual sink vanity with plenty of space to get ready at before a night out in Oldtown! Includes a sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom that shares full bathroom in hallway with bedroom 3
Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bedroom that shares full bathroom in hallway with bedroom 2
For those traveling with horses, there is available stalls and equestrian areas with parking for truck and trailers. The property is only 5 miles from Westworld. Book now for the horse shows coming this fall and winter. Please inquire about the stall space. This is a separate part of the property that would need to be quoted out and made available.
Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay.
Dog Friendly home. $150 pet fee per pet. 2 Dog maximum.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15-to-20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.
Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.
Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping all around within a short distance.
Q. Early check in or late check out?
A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
