Nice location, with fantastic views. The unit is definitely in need of some general maintenance though. All doors are in need of repairs, especially those leading to the ocean views which are just barely usable. You need to get to the lanai too for the views, because you cannot see through the film on the sliding doors. The toaster, dishwasher, televisions, lights and sinks all could use some attention too. The water was turned off altogether one day with no warning or communication.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Tanner. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and fantastic views, but we’re sorry that several maintenance concerns affected your stay. At KBM Resorts, we regularly inspect and maintain the homes we manage, and we take reports like these seriously. We’ll be sure to share your specific feedback regarding the doors, sliding-door film, appliances, televisions, lighting, and sinks with our local team for review and follow-up. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the water being turned off without advance communication. We understand how disruptive that can be, and we’ll review what occurred to ensure communication is improved whenever circumstances like this arise. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address them. We hope we’ll have the chance to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

Amazing view

Great view, amenities and cleanliness. The lanai and rental car are game changers that helped us pick this property. It seemed like the pool was closer to the beach but that is the condo next door. The beach is very walkable and a great place to hang out and snorkel.

We had a great time. The view is incredible - there are always sea turtles to spot! The condo layout was perfect for our family of 4, we brought 2 teens. They enjoyed the beach access and beach gear in the closet. We used it everyday. Condo was clean and kitchen had all the basics. Our only issue is the patio doors are incredibly difficult to open. Our youngest (13) couldn’t do it on his own. Overall, amazing place and we would love to stay again.

Hi Kathryn! It sounds like your family had a blast—we love that the teens got so much use out of the beach gear and that you caught some turtle sightings! They really are the best neighbors to have. I’m so sorry the patio doors gave you some trouble during your stay; we've made sure to pass that note along to our team so we can get that moving more smoothly for the next guests. We’d honestly love to have your family back anytime. Thanks for staying with us!
