Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Royal Kahana 1010 is a stunning tenth-floor corner residence where uninterrupted ocean views stretch from the golden coast of Ka'anapali to the lush cliffs of Kapalua. Spanning 1,287 sq ft with 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath, and sleeping space for up to 6 guests, this oceanfront retreat offers a 40-foot wrap-around lanai with uninterrupted blue ocean—perfect for sunset toasts, seasonal whale spotting, and the lullaby of waves below.

Complimentary Activities, Every Day of Your Stay

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: Whale Watch (seasonal), Dinner Sunset Sail, Snorkel Sail, Alpaca Farm Tour, Pineapple Farm Tour, and All Day Electric Bike Rental.

The condo fit our needs and wants well. The views were spectacular, having a full kitchen was nice and the beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella were definitely a bonus.

Our week in Paradise.

Absolutely beautiful location. Sitting on the lanai is heavenly with the sounds of the waves and watching the sea turtles out in the water. You hardly want to leave!

Perfect stay in paradise

The condo was amazing and the lanai and views were simply perfection. Spent a lot of time out there when we were in the condo. Countless turtle sightings and nightly sunsets were beautiful. Would def recommend this unit.

Enjoyable accommodations!

We were very happy with this condo. The condo was clean and very well appointed. We loved the lanai and spent a lot of time sitting and watching the whales. We saw sea turtles and a seal also! We would definitely recommend this place.
