Cute Condo in Evanston

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops just around the corner. Our hosts were prompt and helpful with every question, and having dedicated parking was a real plus. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Nice little condo!

We picked this location because we have a Tesla and liked that we could lark in a garage and could even charge our car there. We have no complaints about the stay. It was perfect size for me and my son as we were in town to see the city and visit some colleges. We liked how close it was to Northwestern!

Great Little Condo!

This was perfect for our short trip to Chicago. It was the perfect getaway for a tired parents trip. Since it rained most of Saturday, we enjoyed turning the fire on and watching Netflix in the quiet condo. It’s within walking distance of lots of shopping and eating too. If we come back, we would stay again :)

Comfortable place to stay

Building is clean. Apartment is as advertised. It was quiet. Location is quite central. Appreciated checkout wasn't until 11. Very easy to checkin even though we arrived very late in evening

Great apartment in the heart of Evanston

My wife and I stayed at this property while moving our son into his freshman dorm at Northwestern. The location was excellent - just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown Evanston and about 20 minutes to the Northwestern campus. Communication with the manager was seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location and apartment. But, Noise!

Overall we really had a great stay here. Very well appointed, comfortable bed and furniture. Clean. Only negative is that this 2nd floor apt is directly above the loading dock and trash/recycling dumpsters for the building. At least 4 days there were trucks and loud noise starting around 8 am. Even with all doors and windows closed it was very loud. If you are a morning person, probably not an issue. Not great for vacationers. We might come back but pick another one of their apartments.

Hi Melissa, Hope you enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry to hear that you woke up around 8 am due to trash and recycling collection sounds. They used to empty the dumpsters around at noon, but it seems like they changed their time. Unfortunately, I have no control over city’s public works’ schedule. Other than that, this unit is very quiet as it faces a side street and is located at the back side of the building. One of my repeat guests especially prefers staying at this unit because of unit’s location in a tranquil atmosphere.

Great place to stay in Evanston!

We sent our son to NU during our visit. The condo is well kept and clean. It has everything we need and it's only 5 minutes away from NU. The owner is very nice and texted us the check-in and check-out information. She responds to text messages within a minute. A/C is nice and quiet! Kitchen has all the supplies. It also has washer/dryer in the unit. Even the TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc. You can watch shows with guest profiles. Walking distance to restaurants in Evanston. Best of all, I like the indoor parking space. It's easy to get in and out. It's very secure. We'll definitely consider the place again in our next visit there!

An excellent property with great bed and appliances. A nice space.

I was trying this out for future visits with my husband. We both work while trace frequently. This place is almost perfect for that except my phone stopped working the moment I approached my room. I couldn’t use my ATT hotspot for secure connection or make voice calls from the room. Just down the hall or in the very nice lounge area one floor up all worked fine. Texting and FaceTime we’re fine because I could piggyback the internet. It was gateway having secure covered parking and the host was very quick to respond to all questions. Very high quality and a good location.

Easy Access to Evanston

Once we figured out how to get in the parking garage (the hardest part was finding it) we realized it was an easy in and out to the units. A bit of walking to find the elevator, and best to have a smaller car for parking but a great location, and Do Appreciate having parking. The accommodations were clean, probably not really handicapped accessible because the bed is high. We’d stay again.

Excellent location

Modern property conveniently located near public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Walking distance to Lake Michigan beach. We also walked to Baha’i temple, a must see.
