POOL IS OPEN MAY 15-OCTOBER 1st. HOT TUB IS YEAR ROUND!

This is a new basement apartment with all of the items you will need to enjoy your stay. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in the heart of Lindon. Close to BYU and UVU, ski resorts, tourist towns, and wedding venues, Four LDS Temples near by, with two more under construction. Minutes from Provo Canyon, miles of running and biking trails, scenic drives, golf courses, lakes, and Timpanogos Cave.

This is a newly added basement apartment. Which has its own private entrance. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen and living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed and television in it. The second bedroom has three queen beds and television in it. Enjoy a 20X40 ft PRIVATE pool (open May 15th through October 15th), hot tub (open year round), gazebo, patio area, and BBQ. Don't forget our putting green, which your family can enjoy, or play a friendly game of cornhole while the others swim. ***Disclaimer**** if you are not swimming, my grandkids will take advantage of the pool, but they know our guests come first, and they will gladly exit so you can enjoy the pool.

Great location. Beautiful yard.

Beautiful place. Kids loved the gaming room. Beautiful place. Kitchen has everything needed to cook in. Amazing yard. We greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location close to so much. Nice personal entrance. Great hosts, was quick to communicate an help in every way. Will gladly be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautiful and clean and stocked with everything needed and more! The kids enjoyed the x box room. Only negative is Pool and hot tub are in owners backyard so a little awkward to use it. Other than that highly recommended!!

I have enjoyed living in Lindon with my wife and two children, and am looking forward to hosting your family. Most described Lindon as a small town, near everything. We have built a beautiful property on a half an acre, and now want to share with others. We are close to several LDS temples, and several wedding facilities, so we want you to be near your most important life events, and family vacations. We do have two children and a dog at our home, and will do our best to keep them quite, so you can enjoy your vacation.

We are close to several ski resorts, wedding facilities, two major Universities, and minutes from Salt Lake City and Park City, but in a quite neighborhood so you can relax. We are minutes away from walking/biking trails (Murdock Trail & the Provo River Trail), great views of Mount Timpanogos, and several lakes and rivers(fishing) and mountains your family can explore and enjoy in a matter of a short drive.

We hope that after your sightseeing, wedding, or visiting family, you can enjoy our property. We hope your kids make memories out of your own private pool, and hot tub. We also have a putting green, corn hole boards, and Xbox for your kids to enjoy, while you relax or join in on the fun.
