Hot Tub Studio! Sparkling Clean, Close to Oldtown.

Relax in this stylish studio - so much more comfortable than a stale hotel room! Boasting a well-equipped kitchenette with convection micro, 2 burner stovetop, sink, dishwasher, and fridge, you can eat in if you chose. The zero-entry rain shower is fantastic. Washer/dryer, cotton linens, down comforter/pillows, & a smart TV. This cozy nest is perfect for a comfy evening watching your favorite show. Less than a mile from oldtown Loveland, where you'll find lots to eat, drink, and do!

Studio-style with a kitchenette with 2 burners, micro/convection oven, sink, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, and quartz countertops. Queen-sized bed, smart TV, washer/dryer combo unit, bathroom has terrific rain shower! Completely separate entrance with off-street parking.

Fully self-contained, separate entrance studio. The backyard is shared with the owner - but is 1/3+ acre and fully fenced.

*VRBO guests - please note there is a $300 security deposit - fully refundable - that will be placed as a "hold" on your credit card a day before your departure. It will be returned a few days later.
No smoking of any kind inside the studio - outside is OK - but please clean up after yourself.

Property was just as described. Very pet friendly allowing my 2 dogs to roam the entire private backyard in a safe environment. Communication was excellent. Amy has thought of everything needed. We will be returning.

Wonderful little getaway. Loved the hot tub and the court yard . The place has everything , just bring a toothbrush . Very well finished and super comfy bed !

Exceptional place to stay!

Great Loveland rental!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and the hot tub was a treat! Even though the space is attached to a main home, it’s separate and private. Host also let us have my daughter and her pup over to play in the large yard. Would 100% stay here again.

The perfect spot for couples

We loved that it was secluded and didn't have to listen to slamming hotel doors. The hot tub is perfect. It's a very easy and BEAUTIFUL drive to Estes park and Rocky Mountain national park. Very close to downtown Loveland and close to Fort Collins as well. Really close to so much. Amy even gave us a huge list of places to eat when I told her what type of food we were wanting. We checked in on the 4th of July and she sent us where the fireworks were and what time they were without us even asking. It's clean, it's perfectly located, it's quiet and it's externally reasonably priced. We will no doubt be back. Thank you!!!

This property is too cute! Perfect for two and a pup to get away. We had a great dinner on Main Street and then returned to relax in the hot tub. We hope to return soon!
