Wrongful charge on debit card.
To be completely honest I enjoyed my stay. There wasn’t anything wrong with the room. Check in details were easy and emailed to me before arriving. My only issue is that they charge my debit card for 2 pillows because they claim they were missing. When I asked if they were going to check the cameras they said their workers wouldn’t compromise their integrity for 2 pillows. I honestly didn’t take their pillows I have high quality pillow at home (theirs were standard size regular pillows). The fact that they were not willing to fully investigate before wrongfully charging me did not sit right with me. $40 isn’t much but if they did this to enough renters, they could rack up doing this. Will be disputing with my bank although I still may not be able to recover the monies lost.
