Enjoy your time away in this brand new 3BR/2BA home. This centralized location is less than 11 miles to Clemson University, 5 miles to Anderson, and 8 miles to the town of Pendleton. Located just off Interstate 85 at exit 14, and 3 miles from Green Pond Landing on Lake Hartwell. Portman Marina is a short(1 mile)drive away offering lakefront dining and boat launch. This home features an open living space, dining and kitchen concept. There is two walk out patios and one features outside seating and grill. There is a one car garage that is great for smaller SUV or storage. This home has easy access to many boat ramps on Lake Hartwell. A kids jumping zone and beach area on the lake is located about 5 miles away.

Our stay was great. The property was beautiful and area was quiet. Perfect for a girls weekend. The only issue we had was the amount dead bugs and cobwebs.

Clean, new place

We were impressed with how well stocked the house was. Everything worked well. The couch was comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay. Very quiet and a nice place to even take a walk after dinner.

Great Location

House was clean and well maintained. Host communicated clearly. We were in town for a fishing tournament and the house was located within 15 mins of half a dozen boat ramps. Garage was a plus to store kayaks when not on the water. Will be back next time we’re at Lake Hartwell.

Excellent Property

Quick Girls Trip!!Our stay at this Vrbo was fantastic! The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was in perfect working order, and it was clear that the owners take great care of the space.The location was also a huge plus situated in a great area with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Our home away from home to visit our Clemson student. Per usual, our host was very accomodating. Garage came in handy for daughter's car to be out of the way. Quiet, comfortable and clean!

Lovely, clean, comfy home

Beautiful home. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. The bedrooms were a nice size to move around with luggage. Our only advice would be to add another loveseat or replace couch with sectional for more seating in family room. Sat 4 people but with 6 its was a little tight. Would definitely stay again
