A tranquil and serene escape designed to help you make the most of its beach front location with large, comfortably appointed terraces for the best in indoor/ outdoor living. Playa Langosta offers some of the most beautiful sunsets in Costa Rica. After long, lazy days on the beach, a day of sailing, snorkeling or sightseeing; fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in this luxurious home. No expense has been spared to ensure you enjoy your stay!

Traveling with a larger group? Consider reserving one of our other units in the building #3174999 or 2311204. All have been renovated to the same standard.

Want to stay in Tamarindo? Consider our property VRBO #2893424. All of our condos have been renovated to the same standard.

The condo includes a chef-style kitchen w/ all appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, granite counters, tile floors, tile bathrooms, combination safe. 4 flat-screen TVs, cable, streaming services, wireless internet, and air conditioning.

Modern design, top quality furnishings. Gated, guarded, convenient parking and Beach side swimming pool. 1 block to internat'l restaurants, grocery store, 10 min. walk to heart of Tamarindo w/ 50 restaurants.

Walk for miles along clean (Blue Flag Certified) beautiful Langosta beach. Easy arrangements for escorted river tours to see monkeys & other tropical wildlife, hikes to volcanoes, waterfalls, horseback rides, mud baths, zip lines.

Spectacular views of ocean and beach (private and quieter location than ground floor units). Balconies are positioned to maximize views of beach and sunsets.

1 hour on good roads from international airport in Liberia, w/ car rental agencies or rent a golf cart for quick trips around town.

Please note that Horizontes Del Mar does not have an elevator. Guests must be able to negotiate stairs.

Children under 5 yrs. are not permitted. Please note the condominium is of modern design with an open stairwell. Not suitable for young children.
Renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay

The property was wonderful, very comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The views are amazing and better than the pictures. I loved having breakfast listening to the waves crashing on the beach. This is our second stay in Tamarindo and we liked that we were close to the action but a little removed as well. We rented a golf cart that made getting into the heart of Tamarindo very easy. The property manager was very helpful providing information beforehand so that our stay was easy. They were available as needed as well. The kitchen has everything that we needed to make breakfast or even a bigger meal. The 24 hour security was a great benefit.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable, had nice views and everything we needed. The building is very secure. It is in a great location just a 1 mi. walk to downtown. The beach and amazing sunsets right there. The pool was nice too. I would stay there again.

The ocean view is amazing. Having 2 primary bedrooms is perfect for sharing with another couple and the back bedroom with its own full bathroom is great for kids. The condo has all the basics you will need and more. We also love the pool and quiet location that is a 20 minute walk to busy Tamarindo. This is our 3rd time staying in this condo building

The vacation was too short, specially considering the breathtaking view we enjoyed during our stay. It is a oceanfrot and beautiful condominium. Ocean view, and directaccess to the beach. Every morning, waking up to the stunning view was truly a gift – it was like a little heaven on earth. The oceanfront pool offered a spectacular and calming view at the end of the day.In addition the property's manager, and concerge, along with 24-hours security and on-site concierge, very helpful, and great assistance with recommendations.Thank you,

Highly recommend! We had the ABSOLUTE best time! The property was even better in person. The host was professional and responsive. The property is walking distance to Tamarindo where all of the bars, restaurants, and shops are located. We will absolutely be back!

Un Lugar Muy Especial !!!!

We just had an unparalleled experience that is hard to express. An amazing building beautifully conceived and maintained with breathtaking views, combined with solid property management and a thoughtful owner and hostess. The sense of arrival is extraordinary. The security staff are courteous and welcoming along with housekeeping. This 3rd floor penthouse is well appointed and artfully designed. You actually experience the ebb and flow of the tides before your eyes and the soothing crash of ocean waves as you sleep. I can go on an on from the private master suite balcony to the gorgeous landscaped pool with private beach access steps away. The essence of Pura Vida! We shall return!
