Close to property is Adventures on the Gorge which offers white water rafting, ziplining and more. This property has a hot tub that seats 7, and plenty of space to accommodate large groups and families. Come stay with us in one of "America's Coolest Small Towns"

Outstanding long weekend at Harmony House on a cold weekend in January! The house layout worked perfectly for our two families with five kids 12 and under as well as our friends’ four legged pal. There’s a trail right behind the house that crosses the street and winds up to a great view of the gorge and the bridge. That made for an easy afternoon hike that didn’t require us to drive anywhere. It snowed while we were there which made the views even more beautiful. The hot tub was probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a rental property. Bathrooms were all updated and stocked with lots of towels and toiletries. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked for the meals we had at the cabin. (Lots of spices and other cooking essentials on hand too so you don’t have to pack or purchase). Same for laundry and other cleaning supplies. Hosts were responsive both before and during the trip, and we took their advice on just about all recommendations of things to do or places to eat. Hope to visit again!

This house was perfect for our holiday gathering. The host even provided New Years hats and horns! Everything was clean and extremely well stocked. We all felt very comfortable. Hiking trails are available directly from the property. Downtown we enjoyed great food and an Escape Room experience. Thanks so much!

Check in was so easy! Hosts were very responsive. The house was stocked to the brim! Everything you need. All paper products, dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels, bath towels, it was amazing! There is a Blackstone type grill which was great and easy to use. We loved no TV in the great room, only in the bedrooms. Super clean and a perfect location, close to all of the adventures and the National Park. The Harmony House is a wonderful place!

Great location

2 families of 4 with kids in WV for whitewater rafting. The house was 3 min from adventures on the gorge. I think it would be even more amazing in the Fall/winter to be able to use the fire pit, hot tub… loved sitting on the porch for coffee/wine. We also did the endless wall trail which had amazing views throughout. Cool trails behind the house too that lead up to a view of the river and bridge. The pool table in the basement was great entertainment!

Perfect for a Vacation at the New River Gorge National Park

We spent three days on a quick family getaway in the New River Gorge NP, and the house was absolutely perfect! It’s spacious and very clean with a perfect main living area where we gathered while we were cooking and catching up. The outdoor area and fire pit were wonderful, as was the downstairs area for pool and other games. The house is also very close to the entrance of the national park and to Fayetteville for dining and shopping. Arrival and departure were a breeze, and Staci was a wonderful hostess who was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property for your next getaway with family and friends!

INCREDIBLE Cabin in the Mountains

The cabin was PERFECT for a long weekend of rafting, hiking, shopping, and eating. Not only did it have everything we needed (from towels to kitchen supplies) it was so conveniently located to so many things. The owners were incredibly helpful and communicative. 10/10 recommend!!

This place was awesome!

My friends, family, and I really enjoyed this cabin. There was so much to do. The cabin was very clean, and Staci was excellent with making sure that we all had a great stay. There is plenty to do here, from hiking the trails out behind the cabin and a small lake about 300 yards away to throw a line in. The hot tub and pool table were great for relaxation and entertainment. There were many board games and plenty of linen to refresh the beds. The Wi-Fi was great, and the fireplaces were nice to watch. We had a blast with the complimentary smores and some guitar playing around the fire pit. The landscaping looked great, and our experience was a 20 out of 10!

Great Thanksgiving in the River Gorge area

We had a great time at Harmony House for Thanksgiving. This beautiful home is located exactly in between our two grown sons and their families (one in the Cleveland area and one in South Carolina). The home and property are gorgeous and close to everything but still quiet and private. Hiking trails right out the back door were wonderful. Staci was SO responsive and accommodating. We took a roasting pan for the turkey, but the home had everything else we needed to make a great meal and a memorable holiday.

Guys Trip

This is our 4th year of a group of guys getting together for a fun filled weekend. This has been the best house so far. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and sleep. The house was gorgeous with a fantastic kitchen. The fire pit and hot tub were phenomenal. The hosts were also amazing. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Super easy check-in and check out process. I highly recommend this house for any large group gathering.

Perfect location!

This home could not be located more perfectly for families looking to take advantage of all the NR Gorge has to offer. Literally a 3 minute drive to Adventures on the Gorge check in for white water rafting, adrenaline zip line, and the bridge walk. There is also a trail just behind the cabin that takes you to an amazing view of the bridge. The home itself was even better than pictured and the property managers go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you could need. This place is definitely 5 stars all the way!

Stunning and immaculate home!

This home is absolutely beautiful! There is so much room and it is so comfortable! As soon as opened the door, the first thing I noticed was how good it smells inside. This property was so clean inside and out which was even more comforting given that we have a 6 month old son that traveled with us. We spent 4 nights in this house to celebrate our wedding weekend and it comfortably held 12 of us. The owners have really set this plays up for comfort. The beds are wonderful as is the furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and the closets are so large, you don’t have to worry about tripping over your luggage. The owners are very responsive and helpful and quick to respond. I told them a year and a half ago when we booked the property that we were getting married and they remembered that and when we walked in, had provided a bottle of champagne and toasting flutes with a cute sign saying “happy wedding”! They also had a banner on the master bed that said Mr & Mrs! These personal touches meant so much to us and really shows that the property owner goes the extra mile. They even had a pack and play set up for us in the closet just in case we needed one!!! There are TONS and I mean TONS of extra blankets and towels so there’s no worry for running out. The cabin is very accessible and there is ample parking out front! I can’t think of one single thing I’d change about this stay and we will definitely add this one to our favorites list!! Thank you again, so much!!

Wonderful respite after adventure

We couldn’t ask for a better base camp for all eight of us to go rafting and trekking and hiking. The trails around the house are brilliant. And the pictures of the home don’t do it justice. It’s bigger and more beautiful in person.

Beautiful house and quiet neighborhood

The house had all the amenities we could want. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit. There were plenty of towels and loads of spices and other kitchen necessities. One thing that would’ve been nice to know is that you need to have subscriptions to Roku Netflix, etc. to get much on the TV. We also would’ve liked to have a TV in the main living room as we wanted to watch some things together. We were only minutes away from the new River Bridge and several hiking trails. we really enjoyed the pool table games and puzzles. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great house and location

We loved this house! Great secluded location yet close to everything we wanted to do. We had great weather for our visit and took advantage of the fire pit and hot tub. When a brief afternoon storm rolled through on our last day, we sat in the screened in porch and watched it roll by. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and didn't require a trip to the store for necessities.

Beautiful home in gated neighborhood at NRG

This was our 2nd stay in the beautiful home at the New River Gorge! The master bedroom is fabulous with a beautiful sitting room off of it. There are a couple of beautiful trails overlooking the Gorge just across the street

Absolutely perfect

My husband and I and our two grown boys plus their girlfriends enjoyed a wonderful four nights at Harmony House. The cabin is absolutely beautiful with bedrooms, four bathrooms, and four separate living rooms. We had a "pool table room', a "tv watching room", a "card playing room", and a lovely main living room. The cabin was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the best thing - in our opinion- was its proximity to all activities. We did not have to drive further than 10 minutes to get to the town of Fayetteville, to horseback or Side X Side riding, to mountain biking, to hiking, or to rafting. There was even a hike from the cabin that went to a beautiful view of the bridge. A wonderful place to stay!

Rafting trip on the Upper Gauley
