Very clean apartment in a terrific location in the 15th near Eiffel Tower
Abdel bent over backwards to ensure our visit was good. He was extremely responsive to our needs in general or specifically about the apartment. Good fridge & location wonderful. 100 feet to the grocery store, 200 feet to a wonderful patisserie, 350 feet to a great local Brasserie Au Moka on the corner of Blvd Grenelle whose employees took great care of us for a month during Paris 2024. There are three metro stations within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was large enough, the bathroom had toilet, shower and sink, no separate WC. Hot water was instant and unlimited which was nice since that availability can be a problem in France. Large windows in salon and bedroom with shutters could be adjusted as needed for cooling. Here we come to the one drawback of the apartment. It advertised Air Conditioning which I paid a lot extra for, however, in reality it only had a cooler fan. On the 90's & 100 degree days (I specifically rented this apartment because it advertised AC) the cooler fan was totally worthless for cooling although it was a nice fan and I had filled it with ice. Luckily the apartment was well insulated and on the hottest days inside only got into the low 80's which did, however, affect my sleep as I had feared. I was a driver for the IOC during the Olympics and being tired driving around Paris was the last thing I had wanted to do.
Great place and location, you just take your chances with the likes of the three heat waves we had during our month long stay.
