Spacious Townhome Steps To Ocean or Lagoon- Partial Ocean Views, POOL

Located on a less crowded section of the beach, this spacious, 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse is mere feet away from the ocean and lagoon. Double decks with partial ocean & lagoon views.

Enjoy all the amenities of home, with plenty of space to spread out with over 1,000 sqft.

Not feeling the ocean? There's a small pool just feet away from the townhouse, or enjoy fishing from the dock & explore the lagoon.

THE SPACE

-Two Story Townhouse with double decks featuring partial lagoon & ocean views.
-2 private upstairs bedrooms. Each has their own full bathroom. One bedroom features a king bed, the other features queen sized bunk beds.
-Downstairs features a 1/2 bath. There is also a queen air mattress downstairs in the laundry room closet if you need extra sleeping space.
-Free parking for 2 vehicles
-Small seasonal pool

GUEST ACCESS

Certain closets are locked and are not to be entered into. Otherwise, you have access to the entire unit and grounds. Do not go under other units. Do not enter private areas of the docks. The boardwalk down to seating area may be used by guests.

-You will be asked to send a photo of a valid ID matching the name of the individual making the reservation. Ghost reservations are not permitted.
-Pets are NOT permitted.

We had a great week at this property. The location was great, beach was not crowded at all due to no high rise condos in the area. Access was super easy and convenient.

Great for a small family

Amazing location, great place

This was not the biggest property we have stayed but was definitely one of the best. Well stocked, host is fabulous and communicates extremely well. Beautiful location. With water on both sides of property essential. Lots of things to do within the area.

Honest, well kept, comfortable condo duplex. Owner communications were impeccably superb. Condo satisfies the 3 L's, location, location & location. Gulf Shores beaches are pristine as expected. Little Lagoon, an added attraction.

Absolutely loved our stay. The condo was amazing. Had absolutely everything we could possibly need. There was more than enough room for our family of three adults. We were very comfortable.The location is perfect. It was magical going to sleep to the sound of the sea. Debbie was a joy! ! So informative. Very helpful and easy to reach at any time. Perfect for Family of 4!

Everything was perfect about this property! You have the dock on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. The condo was great for our Family of 4. It was close enough to everything but far away to have your own privacy and not worry about anything. Debbie was great about checking in and making sure we needed everything we needed. Definitely recommend all of it!

Great stay

The property was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen for cooking. We had a couple of small items that needed some attention but I sent an email and the owners took care of it very quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Even though you don’t spend much time there it was great to have a nice place to come back to in the evenings.

Best of both worlds, the lagoon and the beach

Debbie was a great host and we loved the condo. It’s kept up and cleaned very nice. Plenty of room for us with the bedrooms upstairs and the living space down stairs. Very short walk to the beach or the lagoon and away from the crowds of the high rises! Plenty of covered space underneath to rinse off and keep all beach items below and not have to bring them upstairs every night!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

First off the if you’re debating on staying here just do it! The beach access is so nice! This house has everything you need and you’re only 6 mins away from all the restaurants! Very kid friendly and Mrs Debbie is super sweet! If you need anything she will get right with you! We had a great time here!

Great family time

This was the first time ever going through Vrbo. The property owners response to questions and needs was great. The property was clean, nicely decorated. The dock was amazing , the decks were great to watch from. It was a great place to stay. Thankful for such a wonderful place to get away to.

Relaxing into 2021

We had a great stay and the kids had a lot of fun. The beach access is close and easy plus there is a pier with shallow water for the kids to play in on the lagoon side.
