Rats at Entrance, Parking issues and Poor Communication

My friend with respiratory problems nearly passed out after climbing to the fourth floor (unit D). There was no mention that the property required climbing three flights of stairs. Tried to call for a unit on a lower floor but couldn’t get through to anyone. There were three rats that ran out of the five trash bags laying at the curb in front of the building when we were approaching the entrance. There were no well lit parking areas within reasonable distance from the building for disabled people. The blue tufted chair and ottoman were noticeably stained. Worst VRBO experience ever.
