Spotless and well located

The beds were very comfy and the apartment was sparkling clean. Well located, too. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Stay

Accommodations were perfect. Clean, modern, comfortable. More than we expected for a great price.

Disappointed

The location was perfect for us. Otherwise very disappointed. The couch was ripped and stained. The kitchen faucet was loose and only the sprayer worked which left you soaked anytime you tried to wash something. Both bathroom sinks backed up. The dishwasher wasn’t screwed down. Sounds like you need a new plumber. I tried to get in earlier, went on the app and followed the prompts. When I tried to retrieve the key, it wouldn’t let me. Also when I tried to return the key it didn’t work. Left the key in the apartment. A few more trash bags would have been nice. We use Vrbo quite often and this is the first time we’ve had a negative experience.

I hope more places follow the Sonder model!

We and another couple really enjoyed our weekend at this property. It provided a combination of the best qualities of a hotel with a vacation rental. It had everything we needed -- our own bedroom and bathroom, comfortable beds, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Also, we didn't have to gather up trash and linens like other vacation rentals -- the property does that for you. I hope to always vacation in properties like this!
