Welcome to this full renovated and well decorated two-bedrooms apartment conveniently locate in University City. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, need climb 3 flight stairs referring in photos, and more privacy . Easy access to public transportation, Close to CHOP, HUP, UPenn ,Drexel, 30TH train station ,etc. Also there are many restaurants and stores nearby ! 3 minutes walk to Clark park to get some fresh air and relax in nature view. Keyless self-check In ,High speed Wifi and 24/7 exterior video surveillance ! Ideal for college & family visiting, business traveller and other pleasure !

✦Bedrooms: our cozy and charming 2 bedrooms furnished with one comfortable King bed and two flexible twin beds .

✦Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, free coffee supply etc.

✦Bathroom : a new modern and brightly bathroom supplied with Fresh towels and all essentials, also great water pressure for shower.

✦Laundry: stacked dryer and washer ready for use ---NO washer allowed between 9 pm and 7am due to the vibration noise !!!

✦WIFI : High-speed GB FIOS internet and the laptop work desk make the space work friendly.

✦Cleanliness: Cleaned and disinfected by the professional cleaning crew to ensure a safe and healthy living environment. This is our top PRIORITY and Confident !

✦Family friendly with kids : we offering some toys, high chair, also the crib and stroller for share .It is perfect meet the parents' demand traveling with baby , much less load!

✦Respectful: We have quiet, nice and respectful neighbors and they EXPECT the same from us. This place is NOT suitable for party, smokers or people just looking for a place to have FUN

✦Neighborhood : feel more comfortable and safe when you enter our neighborhood .

✦We're always experimenting with new decors and furnishings so you may notice the space presented slightly different than in our photos, but you can always expect it to be just as stylish... if not more!

✯The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, need climb 3 flight stairs referring in photos, and more privacy .

✯Parking: 2 hours limit Front street parking (8 am-8pm on Mon-Fri ) , No limit on weekend. There are 2 streets on the back and side are not limited and easy find ---our suggestion parking area.

✯For safety concern :Only registered guests are allowed(any visitor require notice in advance),otherwise take action as trespassing . 24/7 video surveillance at exterior of building .

✯We have a strict no smoking ,no party and quiet hours(9pm-7am)policy.Failure to adhere to those policies will result a fine, and the possible cancelation of your stay without a refund or eviction .More details please referring our house rules .

✯ Unauthorized late checkout will result fine , please contact us 3 days in advance for the flexible accommodation

Furnishings were very cute. Host was very helpful. The laundry was a big plus for us and parking ended up not being a problem.

Lovely accommocation in a quiet street

We had a very comfortable 2 nights stay when visiting Philadelphia for the first time. The accommodation and clean and modern. Parking was okay for us but has to be in nearby street. We used public transport to access city centre which was very easy. Thanks to the host for good communication and early access to the property

Overnight Stay to visit Villanova

Beautifully renovated property. Pristinely clean. No communal living space, just 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, but that worked fine for our brief overnight stay.

Booked the apartment for our daughters graduation from St Josephs. The apartment was fantastic. Very roomy, clean and quiet. I HIGHLY recommend ANY of Ivys apartments.

The apartment was very clean, in a great location and with 2 large comfortable bedrooms. The apartment was quiet and on the 3rd floor. The staircase is carpeted and well lit. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is just off Baltimore Ave. which has convenient trolly service into center city. Other than the kitchen area there is not a sitting area or living room. U Penn Graduation

Property was perfect for our stay. We took advantage of patronizing several local restaurants (Clarkville, Local 44, Gold Standard Cafe, etc.) We felt safe - super proximity to U Penn and strolls in Clarke Park. Ivy was easy to communicate with and we had a very enjoyable week!

Nice place outside of the city

Easy parking. Nice area and close proximity to a lot of stuff. My kids loved the room and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing is that there were bugs in the sugar container. Wife recommended that instead of the sugar container to just use sugar packets.

Absolutely perfect

The space was perfect for our family. Ivy has thought of everything and you can tell much thought and love has gone into all the details. The space was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, and the space to spread out a bit was perfect. Easy to get around and newly remodeled, we highly recommend you stay here too! We enjoyed walking a few times nearby for meals, drove to downtown a few times, and explored U Penn. Perfect location.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay. This apartment is clean and welcoming. Ivy does a great job managing the property as is noted by the outside landscaping and well done interior finishes and helpful touches that make a stay here very comfortable. Parking was ok and we felt safe on Cedar Street. We used the 34 trolley into Center City with relative ease since the stop is one block away. I would certainly return or recommend this rental to anyone wanting to spread out and enjoy Philadelphia from a residential home base.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean

We stayed with our teen aged and adult daughter and the place was roomy, clean and well-appointed. It was like staying in a large hotel suite, and even the beds were comfortable. We walked the neighborhood and ate at local places, and the owner was quick to respond to our questions. The unit does not have a living room space, but we gathered on the cushy love seat and around the kitchen table. We would definitely stay again in the future.

nice place, very small

The property is very well maintained and has been updated recently. It was smaller than I expected, basically just 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Also, I wasn't familiar with Philadelphia at all. This neighborhood is ok, but it's very near to a not so nice section of town.

Clean and comfortable

Apartment is on the 3rd floor, and is well appointed for a quick stay. I will warn that live music was played on Thursday and Friday night on the opposite street and in the second bedroom was very loud until well after midnight both nights. Everything worked and all of it felt very upscale. We took some time to walk around the neighborhood to visit the nearby shops and restaurants.

Clean, Cozy, and Beautiful!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and looked exactly as portrayed online via photos. The location was ideal and felt safe. The design of the property was very thoughtful with 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms that our children stayed in, a kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a very comfortable master bedroom that also had a crib available. The property even had a bin full of toys that our kids really enjoyed playing with. We usually visit Philly annually to visit my husband’s family and hope to stay here again! Thank you Ivy for being such a wonderful and accommodating host and for being so responsive. Our family had a wonderful time!
