Situated on the 5th floor, the resort's pools, grilling area, spa, and white sand beach are just a quick elevator ride away. No need to worry about keys; the condo uses a keyless entry system that provides a unique code exclusively for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your cooking and dining needs. Ideal for families or couples seeking a special getaway, your memories of this exceptional stay will be cherished for years to come.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great condo for price/CLEAN

Condo was perfect except there is only one tiny rug at door and the sand gets everywhere. The vacuum in the condo had a broken off handle, so only way to clean was with broom and no handled dustpan. Only 1 or 2 of the 3 elevators worked for the 6 days we were there.

Loved it!!

This place was so nice and it was easy to get to everything. Elevator was quick, easy to get to the parking garage, pools, and beach. I liked where we didn't have to check in with anybody. Straight to the room with their keyless entry. They kept in contact with you via text, making sure everything was ok. Also offered a discounted price for an extra night being they had no one coming in. Of course we took it. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony with the table. We ate everything outside. We will definitely be back!

Loves the view

The view was awesome! The kitchen doesn’t have enough utensils or cookware for 5 people. Need more pot holders and dish rags. The dish liquid was watered down, luckily I had brought some from home. Master Bedroom door doesn’t lock. Balcony door didn’t lock. Beach chair service guys was rude and obnoxious. Very expensive to rent them for the week compared to other beaches. Invest in a pop up tent and save your money.

502 July stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I gave this rental an overall review of 4 stars. Pros to our stay were: location (equal distance between several of our fave restaurants), view from condo, check in/out process was seamless. Now our cons 😬 the bedding linens on the full size beds were pitiful (ripped & ragged only 1 sheet & very thin "quilt"), beds were also very uncomfortable...slept better on the couch!, the floors & counters were gross when we arrived as in we used an entire container of clorox wipes to wipe off as much as we could or walk on them due to so much sand & dust, we had no place to put our clothing items...what?!?! 2nd bedroom literally a decent size dresser INSIDE the closet but only half of the dresser was accessible-the main bedroom had small drawers but the front of them were broken when you pulled them out the front popped off. These are all things that we were able to work around however it made an inconvenience for our time spent elsewhere enjoying our stay. Hopefully this review will help improve future stays for future guests. TY!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great instructions to pick up the info to access the condo, but we had no code to enter the beach. Kitchen was bare bones. Ask if coffee pot & if so what kind & wrong info was given. Cleaning crew needs a ✔️list. We had a dishwasher full of dirty dishes & hair in the sink. Outside porch dirty & mildewed & the table needs to go.Maintenance DID get our TV’s to work on the 2nd day(replaced remote).Bad floor’s mentioned in reviews, I think they are included in the cleaning deficit. Elevators speedy & the property was well maintained. Parking was unclear in info,but answered when asked. We REALLY liked the code entry on the door!!️

Great ocean front condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was exactly as Pictured online. Clean, quiet and large oceanfront balcony. Conveniently located. 2 pools and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Love the additional parking across the street with a covered walkover. This parking access should be made known to the renters in the condo descriptions. We were unsure at first if this was additional parking for this condo. Had to ask other renters to find out. No complaints or problems with condo. We do have one complaint with benchmark management though. Access wristbands were in an envelope with instructions to return to benchmark on Thomas drive upon departure or pay $40 fine per band. We could not locate benchmark office so we called office. We were told we would have to drive 27 miles to Santa Rosa to return. We refused to do that. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with BM, we were told that most people leave the arm bands in the room. That was NOT the instructions on the wristband packet!! We drove back and tried to re enter condo but could not. We had to leave our bands hanging on Outside of door. Benchmark needs to make instructions accurate for return of armbands!

Love PCB

We stayed July 4th week. Checked in on Sunday. It told us 4pm. We arrived at 3pm. Tried to get in early as a storm was on the way. Let me tell you, you CAN NOT get in till 4. Don't go early. It has NO pull up door to unload. You have to park get cart then unload walk back. For parking it's not the best. Only a 3 tier parking lot. Parking was very tight. You can park behind the parking tier where the public parks. Tight also if a car is coming in and you going out it's a squeeze. Level 3 is the walk across the road. So fingers crossed you get on 3 so you don't have to mess with the traffic. It is open and pray it's not raining. No real desk to walk up to and ask questions. Talked to a man on level 3 but all he told us was our instructions was in our condo. No help when we couldn't get in it early. Weight room is 3 machines. That's all. So if you work out you will have to work out on the beach. Pools were very well taken care of and clean. Hot tub as well. Every morning 7am or so they would close them off for cleaning. We didn't use the grill but noticed families and they seemed to be good. The code for the gate and pool were a little confusing. First day we just followed someone in till we figured out the QR code in our room which was not very well instructed. Did have a couple places to rinse off after a day at the ocean. Only wore our arm bands one day. Only day we were asked to show them. Not sure if all room had a fee but ours did. If you lost a band it was a $75 fee.

Girls getaway

Perfect place for a friend and I to stay for a few days. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it seemed well supplied. The Tv was slow and weird, but we didn’t need it either.

This was a great place, right on the beach, with a great view.

The directions and instructions were great, and easy to follow. The beds were very comfortable. House was clean. Aneliya was very easy to contact and ready to answer any questions immediately.

Comfortable stay

Great little condo, loved the closeness of the beach, enjoyed having multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for our kids ! We weren't in it to much but did cook our own breakfast every morning and two evening that we stayed that week! Definitely will be back!!

Ocean Villa 502

Overall we had a nice stay. There should be more towels though and not as clean as it should be. There also could be some casserole dishes on site. Maintenance did have to come replace shower curtain and fix the oven/stove that wasn't working. Location and view are great! Close to everything.
