Also located less than a mile to the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Convention Center and of course the beach.

The space
The natural light filled space comfortably sleeps 4 people. Perfect for a small family, small group of friends, or corporate traveler possibly visiting the Convention Center. It is walking distance to the beach, Metro, or Pine Street which hosts shops and restaurants, Long Beach airport, LAX, Disneyland, Hollywood, and many other tourist attractions are just a few miles driving distance from the space.

About the Space
-Living Area : cozy, bright and inviting space fitted with a 65” smart TV (no cable but you may enjoy channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, prime video etc...and WiFi provided for free.)

-Kitchen : stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, servingware, flatware, pots & pans, oil, sugar, salt & pepper. I also provide some additional snacks. A little something to hold you over before you venture out to the many great restaurants in the local area.

-Dinning area : table with two chairs for guest. There are more gold out chairs provided in the bedroom closet to seat additional guests. Table is left set and ready to be used.

Bedroom #1 : What makes this room unique is the loft bed. This is a historic home and many of these features are original to the house. The loft bed is a full size bed memory foam mattress. Large TV provided (No cable but you do have access to channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, prime video... and free WiFi provided free!) beneath this unique loft bed we also provide a twin mattress bed and a comfortable lounge chair.

Bedroom #2 : Twin mattress bed with a night stand and a chest. Large TV provided with (No cable but you have access tk channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, prime video... and WiFi provided for free!)

Bathroom : Shower tub, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, hair dryer, face towels, and body towels.

Porch : please enjoy the cool breeze out on the front porch. Seating provided as well as a porch fan to enjoy your morning coffee.

Other things to note
Parking: one parking space is provided in the open driveway. Additional cars can be parked on the streets. Parking is very tight, please be courteous and park so that you leave enough room for the vehicle in the spot next door. Parking is there for your convenience, we are not liable to any damage done to the vehicle. Parking is at your own risk.

There are security camera (ring doorbell) placed outside on the front porch. Another camera facing the stairs and driveway. It is on for security purposes and is not to be removed or powered off by the guest.

Trash can be disposed of in the large bins behind the garage.

No animals allowed on property. If you are bringing a service animal please let host be aware this allows for host to notify housekeeping as a member of their crew is allergic.
