Disney Family Luxury Villa

Welcome to your peaceful home away from home near Disney, with a private pool.
Located just 15 minutes from Disney, The Loop, Premium Outlets, and plenty of restaurants, our villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

We think you'll love our private outdoor patio & pool, fully equipped kitchen & dining areas. Smart TVs in every bedroom. A dedicated office space, great for remote work all within a gated community.

The space
The spacious layout of our home includes four comfortable bedrooms, two of which feature ensuite bathrooms—perfect for added privacy during group stays. Inside, you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, a cozy living room, and a private screened-in patio with a pool, ideal for morning coffee or winding down after a day of adventure.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and there’s a dedicated office space for those working remotely. Whether you’re planning theme park adventures, outlet shopping sprees, or a relaxing escape, our villa is your perfect home base in Central Florida.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home throughout your stay.

Travel and local conveniences
The property is approximately a 15- 20 minute drive to Disney World and 35 minutes to Universal theme parks.
The premium outlets are also 15 - 20 minutes away.
There is an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores and other local conveniences just minutes away
Orlando International Airport takes just 35 minutes.

Other things to note
Gas BBQ grill is available for use on a pay it forward basis. Refills are available at Home Depot and Wawa (1 mile away)
Pool heat; The Heated pool option is $20 daily
Free parking included on the driveway for two cars, additional parking is available on the road.
Security cameras; there are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests, management, owners, and property. They are in public view and are pointed at public areas only as we value guests' privacy. No cameras are inside this home or in the swimming/lounging areas.
Self catering home: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of essentials needed for your stay. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if required.

We couldn't have asked for a better set up for our family. With two master suites, my son and daughter in law had the whole top floor with the kids and us on the main floor. We prepared our meals a lot and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The pool was the hit of the place. The kids were in it every chance they could. Your home was beautiful and comfortable with a very safe neighborhood.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Our host was incredibly welcoming, instructions were very thorough, and check in/check out experiences were seamless. Amazing Property

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. I enjoyed the property so much I barely wanted to leave and explore Orlando. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would totally recommend anyone staying here, it's awesome and I'll be back!

Wonderful Stay

We were extremely happy with our stay. The hosts were super responsive leading up (and during) our stay. The home was very clean and really well stocked with anything you could need. Everything about the home met (and sometimes exceeded) expectations. If we were to return to florida we would book the property again without hesitation.

Fantastic stay!

Lovely property! Felt like home away from home. Owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything (and more) that we needed. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very secure. Better than any other we’ve stayed in in Kissimee. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great value

The accomodations were great and the owners went out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. I'm very glad I decided on renting this Vrbo instead of accomodations at Disney. It was a short 15-25 minutes away (depending on the park) and we had the convenience of many restaurants and Walmart nearby.
