This centrally located, second floor unit of a duplex is less than one mile from Rupp Arena and UK Campus! Two blocks from Woodland Park: tennis courts, basketball, softball, public pool, and a skate park. Shared backyard with upstairs neighbors includes a fire pit. This musicians decorated Airbnb has fiber WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout. Books, record player, board games, and Netflix. Private provided in basement.

Enjoyed our stay

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Hosts were responsive. I had to work a bit so appreciated the separate desk/office space.

Great Place

Located in historic downtown in a nice quiet neighborhood, minutes away from everything. Was very convenient for us. The house was nice, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed and the hostess was very communicative and helpful. If we're in the area again I will definitely be looking to book again if available.

Bourbon Trip

We came and stayed in Lexington to go tour some bourbon distilleries. The house was perfectly placed for this. We found the place to be clean and well appointed. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

Excellent property and Owner

The owner was very communicative with us, suggested a few local spots to check out! Property came very stocked with some pantry essentials, even coffee. Absolutely plan on staying here again.:)

Cute, cozy, convenient

Such a cute main floor flat with a vintage-chic vibe! Easy access to UK campus, coffee shops, and other retail. We were nervous about street parking, but not a problem.

College visit

Our stay at this property was fantastic. It was just as advertised. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several eating establishments, UK, and downtown Lexington. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks. The unit is modern and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also a bonus. We will stay at this location again for future visits to Lexington.

Not our style

Shared unit… as stated … but the place is old and uncomfortable. The guests upstairs can be heard through walls and every step above is noticeable and loud. Very run down neighborhood in Lex. Price is fine- it’s not unclean, kitchen works…. But just not a place we would ever stay at again. For some I’m sure it’s just fine.
