Lovely remodeled single story house with unique style and WI-FI. Master bedroom with King size bed has a French door leads to an expansive/beautiful backyard with 4-holes golf putting. Other three bedrooms also offer king beds, two that feature a desk. Spacious living room (with one sofa/futon bed, 66"x37"), kitchen and dinning/office areas. Large covered patio with outdoor dinning and gym activities. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping malls. A quick 3-minute drive to the FWY. Great for family vacations, work, or long stays. Our home is close to parks, hiking trials, golf club, and the beach is only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu.


Great curb appeal with palm trees, drought resistant turf grass, stone, and stamp concrete. Inside the house it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, together with new wood like flooring. This single story house has been recently remodeled with many new features. This house has a Spacious Living Room with recessed lights, an extra wide new patio sliding door that leads to a large covered patio (with recess lights) perfect for family entertaining, and an expansive backyard with picture perfect new turf grass and relaxing fruit trees.

We recently stayed here and had a great time. The property is a bit dated and sits on a main street, but we loved that we all had our own room with a king bed, and it was close to everything we wanted to do on our family wedding weekend. It's a good place for the value.

The property was very nice with lots of room for our extended family to stay together. Loved having a large backyard so the kids could run off their energy. Our host was amazing and allowed family who had arrived early to check in early.

Perfect for a family of 6

Alex was great to work with. He was very accommodating with any requests we had The house was perfect for us. All four rooms with king beds and 3 full bathrooms was great and hard to come by. Very roomy house. The backyard gave us lots of space.

Adequate for our needs

The best parts of this property are that it has 4 bedrooms with king beds and 3 full bathrooms. The outdoor space in the back is a good spot to have morning coffee.

The home was very close to what was depicted in the photos and descriptions. The availability of 3 full baths was an added bonus. The kitchen was well appointed although we mainly ordered in. There was one minor issue with the oven as the controls were confusing but we managed. the owner was communicative and responsive. One complaint is the only house number is painted in the curb on the street and when cars are parked and if arriving at night it is hard to know the address. I would recommend for them to add a lighted address sign either in the lawn or attached to the building for visibility and for 911 recognition or safety.

This is a surprising review. Our house looks exactly same as and have the same amenities as advertised on the listing. After reading Susan’s surprising review, we immediately reached out to her and tried to learn what amenity was not as her expected or missing from the advertised. Susan has never answered. (The only amenity difference we hosts can think about is that we added a 4-hole putting green service on September-15th-2023, which was not advertised on our vrbo listing at the time when Susan booked our house at June-11th-2023. This should be appreciated as an extra amenity…) For Susan’s 2 days staying at our house. We kindly offered her group curtsey early check-in (as she requested many times since her booking day) by working more intensely with our cleaners. She also requested to have a party event at our house, which we kindly denied the party request and made her understand that was solely based on our predefined house rule (no party/event allowed in our house), in addition we offered the guests a service of providing a list of nearby restaurants to help guests have their party event. Susan appeared to understand and thanked us. However, On the evening of the guest’s check-in day, Susan’s group had purposely disconnected our house WI-FI at around 8pm, and thus made our front door Ring video doorbell/camera not functioning. We also found many party supplies (e.g. drink/beverages, flower deco) in the house during the house cleaning after the guests checking out. Susan’s group has clearly violated our house rules, and introduced significant safety concerns and damaged our house. We can’t recommend Susan for other hosts, and please do NOT come back.

Very Spacious and Accommodating

The check-in process was very easy and Alex responded very quickly to all of my questions. The listing was very accurate. All rooms were spacious and had nice king size beds. There was more than enough seating for everyone in the dining and living room area. Everything was well kept and instructions were easy to follow. We got there early, and Alex allowed us to check-in early, which was really nice since we were exhausted from the drive. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Best in the Conejo Valley

Everything about this property was amazing. The property itself was one of the cleanest and nicest properties I've rented and appeared just like the pictures if not better. This place had everything we needed and was incredibly spacious with lovely kitchen, living area, rooms, backyard, and location. The host is really what set it apart for us too! The host is incredibly kind, responsive, accommodating, helpful, quick, and was such a joy to work with! If we had any questions or issues not only would he respond quickly, but also immediately resolve. He was extremely accommodating and we definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

A place to give you nightmares

Entered house to foul smells. Had to open windows and turn on fans. Bedding not recently washed. Flies throughout the house and many in master bath coming up through shower drain. Directions provided in restrooms said to not flush toilet paper. Sewer system clearly not up to code and backed up in adjacent bathrooms. Decor looked like from 1970’s garage sales. A/C consisted of to FCU’s at opposite ends of house. Another room in garage, not clear if someone was in it. Putting green was a joke. We called it the “Murder House”. I would highly discourage someone from renting unless you are a fraternity house looking to hold a fright night party.
