Cheerful and bright villa with plentiful sleeping options and a 5 minute walk to the beach make this a perfect getaway for 1-8 guests. Enjoy a movie night with the large Roku TVs. Remote work from the desk in the bedroom and take a 5 minute walk to the beach during your breaks. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart make packing to go to the beach a breeze. Park your bikes in the front private courtyard, grill out and enjoy the outdoor living space on the back patio. Pool, trolley stop and bike trails nearby.

Great stay at Folly Field

This property is small (as advertised) but very well laid out and has all of the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The location is extremely close to a fantastic beach, and the neighborhood is generally quite quiet (the one exception being that there is a golf course behind the property — on certain days the landscaping crew can start quite early). Overall we had a great stay and would rent again.

A Perfect Spring Break Retreat

Our experience at Belinda's condo exceeded all expectations. Belinda, our gracious host, set the tone for our stay with her flexibility and responsiveness. Any questions we had were swiftly addressed, making us feel genuinely cared for. It's evident that she takes great pride in her property, as every detail was meticulously thought out to ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere. The condo itself was a haven of relaxation. Spacious and well-appointed, it provided ample room for our family and dog to spread out and unwind. The decor was tasteful and modern, creating an ambiance that was both sophisticated and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the short walk to the beach. We spent several hours soaking up the sun at the beach and biking around. I recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Great stay and place

The property was excellent. To get to places was so easy. Also the beach not far at all to walk. I loved it. Took my dog every morning for a walk on the beach. My husband even got some kite flying done. I would definitely go back.

Best rental yet !!!!

Wonderful location! The unit is furnished like a comfy home, rather than a rental. The complex is full of really friendly people but I never heard any neighbors when I was inside my unit. It is about 5 minute straight walk to the beach, and this end of island is less crowded. The owner was really quick to reply to any question I had and super friendly. I have stayed in 5 rentals on Hilton Head and this is best one yet. Loved the complex and this unit! The thermostat and TV were simple to use and figure out too !!
