Welcome to the Villa at St Andrews Common 1677. This second floor villa boasts a spacious deck, private beach and pool access, and full size appliances. Just steps from the villa is the private St. Andrews Common pool and clubhouse, surrounded by beautiful trees and lush landscaping. As you swim or recline in the lounge chairs, enjoy peaceful lagoon and golf course views.

Living Spaces:
This second-floor retreat in the world-renowned Palmetto Dunes of Hilton Head Island features a fully equipped kitchen, a sunken living area with a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six plus counter seating for two.

Accommodations:
The master bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and private bath, while an upstairs bedroom and bath provide additional space. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers extra accommodations.

Outdoor:
Enjoy the private deck out back complete with plenty of seating and serene views.

Very cute place - and clean well kept. Great location. The bed in the main bedroom is a bit dated and wasn’t too comfortable to sleep in. That’s the only thing I would change!

Hilton head hideaway

We had a great trip in this adorable Hilton head hideaway. The home was in great condition and had everything we needed. Great proximity to the beach, pool, and all the shops. Lovely experience.

The condo was great for our family of 4. Shuttle service was super useful. Loved all the amenities on the property! One recommendation would be to add a Keurig.

Great Condo for family and dog

Rental was very clean, had all necessary kitchen equipment including a French press, and extras that made the stay very comfortable. Our two kids loved the loft bedroom, and our dog loved watching outside from the tall windows throughout the living room. We rented bikes and enjoyed the great path right by the property. Great stay!

Superb location & great home!

Fantastic stay at this wonderfully remodeled home. Property was very clean, modern, and welcoming. The complex was quiet and maintained. Beds comfy. Location is excellent and is beautiful walk of only 1.2 miles to Shelter Cove to find multiple restaurants and shops. We recommend Poseidon's for patio dining, and the French Bakery. The upstairs loft was well suited for our teens with their own bathroom.

Updated , clean and beautiful

This property is excellent for a small family needing a get away and want quite and comfortable setting . The pool is close and clean . Loved the bikes and riding trails on the property. Beach is far away but the Beach Buggy is easy and convenient way to go . All in all great experience.

Amazing stay from start to finish on HHI!

My two boys, corgi, and I loved staying in this newly refurbished two-bedroom condo. It had everything we needed! They even placed food and water bowls out for our dog so he was all set upon arrival. The management team went above and beyond, answering all our questions and making sure an important FedEx delivery made it safely to the condo. We appreciate all their hard work on our behalf. The location is perfect for biking to the beach and pickleball courts, as well as to the great shops and restaurants across from Palmetto Dunes in Shelter Cove. Would definitely stay here again in the future, hopefully next summer!

Lovely condo & fun visit

We enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes! I had reserved bikes in advance, and they were conveniently waiting for us upon arrival. It was about a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, and we had a good time riding on the beach as well. The interior of the condo was nicely furnished/decorated and had everything we needed. We were a bit worried about our dog climbing the spiral stairs up to the second bedroom, but she had no problems. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door, so there is not much privacy for those staying there. Overall, we were pleased and would visit again!

St Andrew's common

Gorgeous, modern, beautifully decorated condo. Only complaints would be cleanliness (stained dish towels, dust bunnies in corners, dead cockroach under pullout sofa). Aldo missing bedding for pullout bed. And the washing machine was full of towels when we arrived so we had to wash those and set them aside. I hope the ones that get provided to new guests are sterilized in high heat washes?) Otherwise, beautiful and sweet condo. Great location. Lovely pool.

Last minute booking

We booked last minute and had a great overall experience. Hilton Property Management was top notch. The property is in a good location on the resort. We biked daily to …the arcades, beach and mini golf. We traveled with two kids (7and 8). The twin beds upstairs is more loft style. It worked but doesn’t have a door, so that make it a little difficult to get them to bed with activities still going downstairs. The property was overall very clean and well stocked with pots and dishware. We did find small “water bugs” daily in the bathroom that was a little concerning, but perhaps they were coming from the pipes. The kids enjoyed the tic tac toe game and Alexa. We would visit again.

I would’ve given our stay 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the mishap at check in. We arrived early on the island to be ahead of he crowd. While waiting to check in we got groceries and did some planning. At 4:00 we went in to the condo and found it not ready. It hadn’t been clean yet. So we had to wait even more to be able to get in. And with 3 kids, a dog and groceries, it wasn’t the most enjoyable. But after that it was a fabulous stay. We love HHI! We’ve been vacating here for about 16 years. The condo is nice and clean and very homey. Nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen. The staff at the rental company are very nice also. Great place to stay in beautiful Palmetto Dunes.
