The Space:
This spacious ranch-style home offers a welcoming environment for families or small groups. With 4 bedrooms, including 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, a Full daybed, and an Air mattress you’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The home includes 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. One full bath has a shower/tub combination and the second full bathroom has a stand up shower with a rainfall shower head.

Parking is convenient with space for up to 4-5 cars in the driveway and gravel area.
The front yard is fully fenced, and part of the backyard is also fenced, making it a great spot for pets. Pets are welcome!

Kitchen & Living Room
The open-concept kitchen and living room create a spacious and inviting area for cooking and socializing. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic amenities, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and coffee maker. The cozy living room features 1 TV equipped with Roku; please log in with your personal account. For added convenience, a second TV is located in the King bed room.

Outdoor
Make the most of the spacious front and back yards. The front yard is fully fenced, and part of the backyard is also enclosed, providing a secure area for pets. The outdoor deck is furnished with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying meals, snacks, or peaceful evenings in Belmont’s tranquil setting.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the open-concept kitchen and living room, and the backyard. The front yard and outdoor deck are also available for your enjoyment. Parking is available for up to 4-5 cars in the driveway and gravel area. The only restricted area is the locked owner's closet.

Self-entry is provided via an electronic lock for quick and easy access. Early check-in requests are welcomed and will be accommodated if possible.

Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!

Other Things to Note:
House Rules

We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.
To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.

To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.

Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we requires guests to purchase travel insurance.

Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and on the gravel, with a maximum of 4-5 cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.

Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.

Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure
Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack

Cleaning
Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters
Use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels

Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris
Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer

Exiting the Property
Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure

Long term Belmont stay

My dog and I stayed for about 5 weeks at this property and did NOT want to leave! The owner clearly thought everything through that a guest would need. Our favorite part of the place was the deck with comfy furniture and nice string lights for relaxing in the evening or sunbathing on a hot day. My dog and I loved the yard for fetch and getting energy out. We even used the fire pit one night. Plenty of space inside with a wide variety of cookware. Absolutely would stay here again if in town for work again. We miss it already! Thank you.

Totally remodeled and well-appointed property. It was conveniently located for visiting family in the area and access to downtown Belmont and Gastonia. We will definitely book it again.

Lovely home. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful spacious home. Fenced yard perfect for dogs. Inviting front porch. Host provides many thoughtful amenities. (Well-stocked kitchen, coffee, spices and other goods; laundry supplies) Restaurants, shopping, grocery store a 5 minute drive.

Family visit in Charlotte

My immediate family was visiting extended family in Charlotte. We needed place to stay that the kids could still have their own space, and yet also have a space where all of us could spend time together. This place exceeded that need. The house was extremely clean and stocked with the needed supplies for our 3 day stay. A nice little convenient touch was that all the electrical switches were labeled. One nice surprise we learned while we were there was that there are a few board games–some of which were Disney themed–stored away in one of the cabinets. Those unexpected board games created for us some fun filled memories. Since it was cold outside, we did not get the opportunity to take advantage of the outdoor space. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and Belmont had many restaurant options just a few minutes drive away. Our property manager checked in with me periodically and was highly responsive to any of my questions. I highly recommend this place for a family stay.

Disappointed

We arrived at the property 70 minutes before check in. I had reached out & ask if the house was available about four hours before we arrived..NO response. Finally got in the house a few minutes after 5:00. Went to dinner & could not get back in the house. Finally spoke w property manager & he told me I needed to be more understanding! It was 30 degrees outside & our dogs were in the house. He said he tried to call me & went to voicemail. I ask him if he left me a message & her replied no bc I might have had my phone turned off. He then told me he text me. I told him that made no sense!!! He would not leave a message, due to my phone “possibly “ being off, but he wanted to text me. Also why would I have my phone off when we could not get in the house! We have stayed in many VRBOs & have never been treated like everything that happened was our problem!!!!
