We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the direct beach access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, fully equipped gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included but subject to availability.

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Each bathroom includes toiletries, hairdryers, and towels. Separate convenience items such as iron and Ironing Board, alarm Clock, Digital Satellite TV are added perks.
