Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Not what you see in photos

It is difficult to give a bad review to a VRBO as I own one. That said this is not a true VRBO but a 2 star hotel passing for one.The photos were not the apartment we got, the apartment was minimally furnished and provided no pots and pans, sponge or cleaning liquid (we had to buy some). The furniture was old and dated. The windows were filthy. We were given 4 towels to shower for 4 adults and one baby and were not able to get more at the front desk. Not even a handtowel for the kitchen. The staff were nice and tried to be helpful aside from restrictions put on them by the managers. Only plus is the beach access and the pool area.

Cockroaches BEWARE

Everything about this property was awful. Old run down building, cockroaches all over the kitchen counters and in the sink. No paper towels or coffee filters or soap to even wash your dishes. They charge for parking. They charge for towels. They charge a deposit. This is not a VRBO! This is a hotel. Listing is inaccurate.

Spacious

Apartments are roomy and perfect for the price. Love that each bedroom has their own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. Always enjoy our time here.

Don’t Stay here

The property is not what is pictured and not worth staying at. From the check in process to leaving it was one of my worst experiences as far a travel. I messaged the host and asked if my daughter could check in before me. We had a hiccup and I could send me 19 and 17 year old and then meet them a few hours later. After she messaged me back she would add my daughter to the reservation, I had my kids get on the plane without me. When they arrived they were not allowed to go in the VBRO. They daily in the lobby for hours and the property had been paid for and they already agreed she could be added to the room. Couldn’t get ahold of the host and the “front” desk left so my kids had to wait or pay 1000 to get into the room. Once we arrived and I have pictures the room was dirty. I asked for them to come clean it and was told they would charge me 250! It wasn’t clean to begin with. They didn’t vacuum, there were paint can ups on the floor. It was gross, coffee pot was broke, no pots and pans, no Bowls or cooking sheets. The fridge was disgusting, food leaked in the drawers and still there. Ice machine broke, stains on sheets, when asked for towels they didn’t give any wash cloths, no dish towrls. or hand towels. They do very little to keep the place up . This place is a joke and I would not recommend booking here .do better!

It’s Miami

Property is very nice. Traffic is crazy!! Restaurants are hard to find with Midwest prices. But all in all very clean property and staff is very helpful

Great property

Overall great property. Didn’t really get time in pool or beach but looked really nice. Large apartment great balcony.garage in and out if u have a car. Plenty of parking. The only little thing is the elevators take forever. I’d recommend.

Family Vacation

Location of the place is good close to restaurants and beach! The condo we stayed in needes updates specifically in the kitchen with the frying pans they were really gross and one of them the handle was broken and just left like that! What you see in the pictures is not what you will get at least its not what we got! Staff could be more friendly. I dont think i would recommend this place!

Beautiful space & view!

The space was clean, bright, and the perfect size for our group. The view from the balcony was even better than we thought. There was a partial view of the water. The only issue we had was that our bed was so loud. Every time my husband or I moved, we would wake each other and the baby. I did notify them, so hopefully they get it fixed. Besides the bed, we would stay again.

Not as expected

The property needs work. Elevator is slow and got stuck on us twice. No restaurant or food options on site during our trip. Property under construction above pool during our stay as well.

Old building with cockroaches

This is our 4th time to Miami and also the worst stay so far. We have a infant and we found cockroaches everywhere, even on top of baby milk bottles in the morning. The elevator is so old and slow that we have to wait 10-15mins just to go up or down. Parking garage in the old basement has tiny parking spaces with water everywhere so watch your step. $30/day to park. The only good thing is it’s easy to access the beach.

It’s somewhere to sleep

I was honestly surprised with the disappointment received throughout my stay feb 16-21. To begin, this is not a VRBO but a hotel. They will charge you a $500 deposit like a hotel although it’s a VRBO but they do not give the hospitality as a hotel. You are given a semi-laminated piece of paper that will allow you to get towels for the pool and beach. If the paper is misplaced they will charge you $20. Furthermore, within your room you are warranted two towels and one wash cloth. The reasoning behind it was because they are running low on towels. Also, they won’t give you a clean pair of sheets when asked (didn’t happen to me personally but overhead a lady ask for them and they told her no). The biggest kicker is that the elevator is very sketch and does not work properly. It takes about 15-20 minutes each trip if you take the elevator. We were on the 12th floor so taking the stairs was always dreadful. The room was decent, they had what you need for the dishes except for dish soap. I also turned on the microwave vent when I was cooking and a bunch of dust went flying everywhere…pretty gross. Overall, the lobby is nice but everything else was a money grab. For how much you pay here, you’re better off spending a couple hundred more elsewhere for cleanliness and better hospitality.

Miami Beach Seacoast

Die Anlage und das Appartement sind schon einige Jahre alt.Das Appartement muss mal wieder renoviert werden.Der Teppich ist teilweise fleckig,vom Tisch ist das Furnier abgeplatzt.Bei den Schränken sind die Türen schief und schließen sehr schlecht.Alle Schubladen schließen nicht richtig.Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet.Leider gibt es keine Ersatzmüllbeutel oder einen Tabs für die Spülmaschine.Auch gibt es keine Filter für die Kaffeemaschine.Das kenne ich aus den USA aber anders.Die Anlage hat einen schönen Poolbereich und der Pool ist ok.Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist traumhaft.Die Anlage hat wirklich potential,es muss nur dringend etwas gemacht werden.Außerdem sollte erwähnt werden das Parken 30$ pro Tag kostet.Die Technik vom Nachbargebäude ist sehr laut.Das hat schon gestört.
