Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Wrong apartment not close to oceanview

During 4 days no room service no cleaning toilet no towels bad customer service the photo of the apartments completely different on the booking

The property and the room was expected for what you pay. It is a little dated but I had no issues with it. My only suggestion or complaint would be that the room be better equipped to make a small meal or prepare afternoon snacks. The items available in the kitchen were very limited. There were no cloths to wipe off counter tops etc. like I said. Overall the property was fine, I just wished it was better stocked with daily items.

I didn't like the smell too musty I didn't have the basics like extra blankets extra towels kitchen paper extra garbage bags And you have to specify that parking is not included and the charge is $30 per day Art: nenancy

Perfect but...

There is the restaurant's air extractor just below the balcony, which makes it impossible to use the balcony. The smell is unbearable.

Family vacation

We had a great stay. Unit did not look exactly like picture but was very nice. Great beds, nice keep and fantastic views. I would say a bit more i fo at check in regarding pool towels and beach unbrellas would be helpful.

Christmas Stay at Seacoast Suites

Pros: - Beach access & views are good. - Help came really quick when we needed new towels & when oven needed to be fixed. - Good location. - Sheltered & secure parking. - Good wifi (8 devices). - Good beds. - Getting 2 beach chairs & 2 pool chairs is nice perk. Cons: - Elevators were extremely slow at times. - Ice maker did not work in our room. - Fridge hummed loud at times. - Had to get oven fixed by maintenance after it sparked & fire shot out. Then it worked, then had to unplug it after it started beeping randomly. - Had to unplug the smoke alarm due to battery & the loud beeping. - TVs cannot connect to the internet for Netflix & such... - Pool furniture needs to be replaced, severe rust.

Do not stay here!

This place is a dump completely disgusting. The towels had blood on them. The carpet was moldy and full of bleach stains. The place was covered in bleach and then attempt to cover up mold everywhere you touched you felt and smelled bleach. It would stain your clothes. The staff is rude and incompetent. We got sick from the mold so asked to check out early. We originally planned to stay here nine days and then asked to leave after anymore four days in. The host agreed to give a refund in Vrbo. The conversation is saved. After we checked out, they will now only refund $400. I am owed back another $1700. I’m currently disputing it with my credit card company since the VRBO said it’s up to the host if they want to refund me even though they agreed to and this place is uninhabitable. Roaches everywhere. Mold that’ll make you sick. Couches you can’t sit on. uncomfortable beds. The pool is crumbling and the rocks will cut up your feet. Honestly, avoid it all costs. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and I’m terrified we got bedbugs here. Also, there were no check-in instructions given until the time of check-in after I asked several times. Overall, the communication is deplorable Can’t believe they stole money from me. The awful experience was bad enough and now I have to fight it completely ruined what was supposed to be an amazing family vacation this place should be closed by the health department
