Starting with the backyard, you will enjoy the following:

The interior, which has impeccable design, won't disappoint you. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a comfy living room with games and a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more.
The Space:
BEDROOMS:
1. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS, ONE SINGLE SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom with a bathtub.
2. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a private full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with 1 QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.
4. Bedroom with 1 KING SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.
5. Bedroom with 1 QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.
*Two extra folding beds.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

Biscayne Gardens is an urban and really calm neighborhood. The perfect place to enjoy everything Miami has to offer.
The best part is that it is located just minutes away from Miami's most beautiful beaches, as well as being centrally located to go south and north to visit the nightlife/sightseeing/restaurants of our beautiful city.
Getting Around:

If you’re looking to rent a car, we have you covered!
For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

Miami Beach: 20 minute drive.
Aventura Mall: 15 minute drive.

If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.
BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
