Spacious home made for recreation with game room, card table, and bikes. Beautiful terraced outdoor family area with pool, grill, bar and plenty of seating for the family. Close to the quaint town of Flagler Beach and just 4 miles from all Ormond Beach has to offer. Please note there is no garage on the property.

Great weekend

We stayed in the area for a wedding and it was a nice location to the beach and perfect for us. We had a good time and even got a quick dip in the pool and the house was nice!

Super cute and cozy house.

We would definitely choose to stay at this VBRO again if we go back to Daytona Beach. Everything was as stated in the pictures and online. We had a great time. Definitely would recommend this place.

Perfect 2 night stay, steps from excellent beach experience. The pool was refreshing to come home to after a day at the beach. House was very clean with all new everything! Very well equipped and stocked with everything you'd need for your stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Family visit

We enjoyed our time at 6 friendly circle. Very close to our family in Ormond, which was nice. The home was very nice and comfortable and tucked in a quiet neighborhood.

Amazing private beach access just a walk away. House had everything we needed to cook. Kids lived the huge tv and games. Pool and back yard was private. Shed had extra beach accessory to barrow with a wagon to use. We enjoyed our stay there.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, literally a 5 minute walk from the beach. The patio area and game room were a nice bonus. Lots of extras for hanging out at the beach.

We had a wonderful spring break at 6 Friendly Ct with our 3 kids (9, 8, and 6). They fit in the bunk room with room to spare. We didn’t realize how close the top bunk was to the ceiling so didn’t use that bed. The pool was chilly at this time of year but the kids still got in each day and we enjoyed reading out on the pool deck. The kitchen had everything we needed but could use a couple more knives. I really enjoyed the “butler pantry”-esque part of the kitchen for the extra storage and counter space. The tv is enormous! The location was convenient for an affordable stay - with pool- balanced with accessibility to attractions/activities. We took day trips to The Villages to visit family, visited the awesome playground at Magic Forest Playground in Ormond Beach, drove on the beach at Daytona, took an airboat ride to see the wildlife, and got lucky to watch the Artemis II launch from the beach near the house. I highly recommend the airboat ride- we drove to Christmas, FL for Airboat Rides at Midway and the kids loved holding the baby gator at the end of the tour. Overall we had a memorable spring break in FL and loved our home base at this rental. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic!

We had a great time! My family along with my parents stayed at the house to attend the NCA National Competition in Daytona. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive from stores and activities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable and beautiful

The home was very comfortable, and the host offers many amenities. Walkable beach access was unfortunately hindered due to construction at the end of the street and along A1A, but I'm sure its lovely when available..
