Second Time Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here 14 years ago. It was great then and it is still great. The only downside now is they built a house to the west of property and there is no privacy fence like on the east side. There are some things you don't want to see of your neighbors. They should really build one and there will be no downsides. The house was immaculately clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family vacation last week and had a great time. The house is perfect for large families, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a large kitchen and great room. Here are my pros and cons:Cons:1. Parking is ok but this house is in a cul-de-sac and the neighbors park in the street and make it hard to get in and out of the neighborhood 2. Pool is ok by very small3. Not a lot to do in Pensacola for little ones. We had grandkids and they were board.Pros:1. The view of the Santa Rosa Sound was great! 3 levels to sit on and watch the boats2. If you like the beach but don’t want to stay on the beach, the access is easy. Walk to the entrance to the neighborhood, cross the street, one block to the access and you are there!3. Blue angels. Obviously watching the Blues from the pier is the best but if you don’t want to fight the crowd, you can always watch it from the decks or walk to the beach across the street. Overall we had a good time but we will probably go back to Orange Beach next year because there is better beaches and a lot more to do for the kids!

Girls Weekend

We had a group of six high school girlfriends (we are ages 60+) spend three nights - a wonderful property with very clean pool. Each bedroom had ensuite bathroom which was helpful. Beautiful view of bay and beach was a short 2 block walk. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Family Rental

Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the property. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and pool toys. The kitchen is well stocked and we prepared all of our breakfasts and several dinners there. We aren't big TV users, but the TV had smart capabilities so we could use our accounts and watch what we wanted. Some of the drains are a little slow to drain, but that's pretty common in a beach rental. We slept great on the beds, so I think it all depends on your personal preference. The house is conveniently located near shopping, grocery, restaurants, and beach areas. It also has a lot of games available to play. Overall it's a great home and we'd book again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: one of two refrigerators didn't work, toaster didn't work. Pool lights didn't work. Cable TV only in the living room. Not all bedrooms had a TV. The mattress in one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced. We went to local hardware store and purchased a sheet of plywood to put under the mattress to provide some support. Pool is nice, the property location is nice but I would not rent this property again.

But the beds were SUPER UNcomfortable and sat very low, there was only a TV in the master and one other room but it was the size of an iPad screen. There was no cable. The decor could really use some help. The drain in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain at all so it was disgusting all week. The window in the master bathroom was broken (if you tried to open it, it fell over).... Like I said, it was a cute place with lots of space but for $6800 for a week, it was just okay, not amazing.

Spring break - coldest week in Fla

We loved the house, perfect for 3 generations of family (ages 7-74). 2 levels with pool and waterfront. Unfortunately it was soooo cold the adults didn't get in the pool or the bay, but kids braved the waves for a couple hours 2 different days. We had fun anyway with the board games they provided, streaming movies and walking along the bike path.

Award celebration stay

My staff had recently won an award and I rented the property so we could celebrate together. The house was sufficient, great layout for a big group. We were all very excited about the paddle boards. We were quite aware it was off season but pleasantly surprised the boards were out near the pier inviting themselves to be used. We were putting the boards in the water before we realized there were no paddles. I called the rental company to see if they could help me locate the paddles. I honestly thought they would be able to help but quite the contrary it was excuse after excuse ending in being told the boards were "props" and there should never have been an expectations to use them despite their being photographed in the description photos and lots of reviews that indicated they had been used by previous guests. It only takes one ride person to taint an experience. If someone had simply stated they were sorry for the missing equipment I would have understood but being called a liar was too much! I tried on two occasions to have a conversation following the incident to make my complaint so I wouldn't have to review but no one would take my call or return my phone calls. Very poor service and a lack of caring to understand by the rental company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great. Check in process was not. We and most people who were required to check in at Paradise Beach Home were shocked that they could not get into there rental before 5 pm. I know this is the advertised policy of the company. Some people in line stated that they were told that their unit had not been cleaned yet and that they then went to the unit and parked in front of it and witnessed the cleaning crew leaving the unit several hours before 5 pm but management still would not them into their unit. Very inconvenient . Most other rental agencies make sure that the rented homes have electric locks that use codes and don’t require a visit to the office. Their was not enough parking spaces available for everyone to check in at 5 pm, the check in line wrapped around the corner of the building and at 5 pm the entire area becomes very congested. It simply is not the way to start a somewhat expensive vacation. In any event the check in process seems more for the convenience of management rather than customer. Many people in the check line stated that the would not use Paradise Beach Homes again just for that reason, they felt that they lost one half of a day of their vacation waiting un-necessarily to get into a unit. That being said, we enjoyed the unit, it was great except the air conditioner was a little loud but we got use to it. Two refrigerators, pool, dock, pier and location was great. Fans on the porch area would have been a nice addition since on the bay side sometimes their is no breeze. We have been to the Gulf approximately 10 times and I would rate this home the best so far. When we had an issue with the unit and called management, we were treated professionally and and the issue was promptly taken care of. We would consider renting the same unit the next time we come to Paradise Beach.

Perfect Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ensenada Uno is by far one of my favorite beach houses we have stayed in on Pensacola Beach. As a local, we like to stay soundside, but also have nearby beach access which was a quick walk across the street. We had 7 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The home is incredibly spacious, has all the amenities, and was very clean. The two refrigerators was especially helpful with the large group that we had. The beds are comfortable but a little low, however, that did't really bother us. We enjoyed sipping our coffee on the master bedroom balcony every morning watching the schools of mullet and sting rays swim by. There is ample seating for everyone to enjoy a meal outside, we hired a hibachi chef who cooked for us poolside. All in all, it was a wonderful beach 'stay-cation' and I would definitely recommend renting this home.

Perfect place, everyone had privacy, very clean and plenty of bedrooms for 10 people. Will come back again. Wish it had an elevator for us two 75 year olds.

Nice Place to Stay

The only thing that was sub par was the entire vanity in the master bathroom was hanging off of its hinges. The maintenance man stopped by on day 1 to fix it, but left it clamped open and never returned to take the clamps off the next day. Also, the pool was advertised as "heated" and was not. Other than that, the house was beautiful and the vacation great!

We towed our boat there so the dock was a bonus. Great pool. The beds were not so comfy but adequate. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The only negative was it looked like a rush job on cleaning. Still sand on the floors and dust in the corners, kitchen counters were still dirty. Crackers under the couches. The bunk room was great, but very small. We would rent this house again.... But would ask the staff to inspect it first to be sure it was cleaned.

Great vacation in a great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of 10 just loved this house with its scenic water views, pier, pool, and ample bedrooms and baths for all. We rented paddle boards for the week and were able to have a pontoon boat for a couple days because of the convenient pier. My father is 92 and he loved sitting on the decks and watching all the water birds, dolphins, and jumping fish. A top notch rental!

Chad with HVAC company took good care of us while repairing one of the units. Pool man did a good job too as did lawn maintenance. Nice community, good neighbors. Construction next door but not a problem for us.

Love this house!

Beautiful home but had issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this spacious home for spring break in mid/late March, traveling with our five children and grandmother. Specifically chose this home because it was advertised as having a HEATED pool and knowing that mid March can be a cool time and that our pool loving kids would enjoy being able to use the pool because it was heated. Upon arrival, management company rep was friendly but did ask if we had issues to wait until next day business hours to call as she was on call that night. The home is beautiful and has a fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for our large family, but a kitchen chair and stool were broken as well as a deck chair when we arrived. The pool was frigid and dirty upon arrival. We attempted to contact management company and had to call several times as they did not return my calls. The pool was eventually cleaned and heat was turned on in pool at the end of our trip. It had not been turned on prior to our arrival! Overall beautiful home that was perfect for our family but in need of some maintenance. Advertising a heated pool is not accurate as owner does not turn heat on until close to beginning of April. Management company while nice and pleasant to speak with did not follow up with me and I had to call them back repeatedly for answers to my questions in dealing with house issues.
