The place was spotless. Great amenities, private beach with beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Loved it and will return. Bathroom could use a brighter light, but we managed fine. Pool was a plus!

Ready To Go Back Again and Again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been going to Silver Sands for years now, and we love it more and more. It’s beautiful, clean, quaint, quiet, great for families, and a perfect location on the beach. Sometimes I don’t want to leave a review because we want to keep our hidden “gem” getaway a secret!!

We enjoyed it so much. It was on the beach. We loved the big tv. We loved that the master had ita own door. We loved that all the beach essentials were there for us to use. Onoy thing we did not like about it was we coulsnt check out an hour later bc we did not want to leave.

Clean unit just steps to the beach. Furniture a bit large for the space. Screened in porch very nice. Shower doors went off track a few times. Staff was very friendly. We didn’t use the pool, but the water was warm and people were enjoying it.

Beautiful vacation

Clean , easy checkin. Stayed in rm 245. Close to pool and beach. The pool was closed down Wed and Thursday unfortunately, but we were offered another alternative. The beach was clean and the weather was perfect . We had a great vacation and cannot wait to return . The bed was comfortable as well as the living room furniture.

It was ok

Our 13 year old loved it and rated it a 5. From my view it was ok. Location is excellent. Grounds are well maintained. Accommodations very tight, a/c stopped working and shower door fell off.

Just the Vibes We Wanted

I counted and there were 65 steps to stepping in the sand on the beach from our door. I facetimed my sister and we were both like Nannie would have loved this place. It was reminiscent of the place we would go with our family years ago. Great spot. Quiet beach! I was surprised. I will stay there again when I am not staying with family and need a place. Lovely spot. Fun and tropical vibes
Our view. Out the door to the right around 65 steps to putting your toes in the sand on the beach
Just right. Very clean upon entry. Things supplied like a hotel.

Only reason gave good on cleanliness is the smell was kinda funky expected with beach property but the mold in the bath tub and webs in bathroom especially by tub could’ve been cleaned. Not enough of an issue to not return. Great property on the beach with nice pool outside your patio door. Plenty of beach chairs provided on the beach as well as in the room. Highly recommend!!! Would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great week. The location was awesome, private yet close to action. The porch was dirty with rubber band and paper. Why charge $100 for professional cleaning and then ask guests to run d/w, strip bed, and empty trash?
