Just steps from the beach and pool, revel in the convenience of this prime location. SeaSpray offers proximity to Fort Macon State Park for nature trails, historic sites, surf fishing, and shell hunting. Nearby, explore Atlantic Beach's dining and shopping scene, with Morehead City and Beaufort a short drive or boat ride away.

Fully furnished for your comfort, this condo features a well-equipped kitchen and smart TVs in every room. Unwind on the covered balcony, now furnished with brand-new seating for sunset views. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and private ensuite, while the second bedroom includes a twin bed and full bed. Both rooms offer ample storage, ceiling fans, and smart TVs. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo, and beach essentials like chairs and an umbrella are provided for your convenience.

Community perks abound with two boardwalks granting direct beach access, an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, and inviting picnic tables.

*No washer and dryer in unit. Complex has coin operated laundry machines located on the first floor.
*Parking available on site for 2 vehicles - no boat or trailer parking
*Unit is located on the second floor with stairs required for access. No elevators in complex
*The association has a strict NO PET policy for guests. NO EXCEPTIONS
*No smoking or vaping in the unit.
A refundable security deposit is required for stays that include golf carts, parking passes, or pool access items. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided all items are accounted for and no damage occurs.

Great beach condo

The condo was clean and bright. We could see the ocean from the porch and are just steps from the beach. The pool was great. We were only 5 minutes from Amos Mosquitoes and Island Grill. Great location and great space.

Short Getaway

As described, check in was a breeze which was nice since we didn’t get in until late, Melissa ensured to check on us which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay at Sea Spray!

Our family had a great time at this condo. It had everything we needed for a nice stay, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was loaded with everything to cook for our family. It was a short walk to the beach, and they pool area was very nice.

Wonderful place to stay! Neat & clean, relaxing, comfy mattress, and, decorated beautifully. Nice view of the beach! Good communication with the host. Had everything we needed at our home away from home. Hope to stay here again next year!

Great place, very clean. The hallway smelled musty but not the condo. Very happy with the stay. Will recommend to others.

Great condo with beautiful ocean views

This condo was perfect for our family! It was close to the beach with beautiful ocean views from the balcony. It was clean and provided a perfect space for us to enjoy a few days at the beach. We look forward to returning! :)

Condo has everything you need. Perfect spot and nice balcony to catch a break from the sun. Very clean. Would definitely recommend. Host is very responsive and check in was so easy.

Perfect getaway spot!

Spotless, short stroll to beach, close to great food Great location enjoyed sitting on balcony looking at and hearing the ocean with morning coffee. Beds were soooo comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Large tv for watching Olympics! The a/c was wonderful no issues. Fabulous showers and water pressure. Beautifully decorated in beach theme which inspires instant relaxation. Balcony access from both living room and main bedroom. Pool and pool area are pristine. Grounds are lovely. Really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. I hope to have the opportunity and privilege of vacationing here again. Thanks, M for your helpful communication and for loaning us your special place for a few days of much needed relaxation.
