Welcome to King Vista! This 50 acre country estate in the esteemed King township is just 40 minutes from downtown Toronto and is your own private spa retreat. This brand new house sits atop a ridge with west facing views as far as the eye can see. To the south, you will enjoy the twinkle lights of the city as they light up the night sky from the vista of the living room. The brand new Scandinavian style modern white farm house is the perfect home away from home with everything you will need for a luxurious spa stay in the country. The heated salt water pool and hot tub are situated on the west side of the house with gorgeous panoramic views of the countryside and the city. The views can be seen from the moment you step in through the front door. The gorgeous floating staircase allows your eyes to do directly to the west facing views and you will immediately feel relaxed and away from all the stresses of daily life. The open concept great room has floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the vistas. With 11 foot ceilings and a 22 foot open to above atrium, there's plenty of space for lounging and enjoying the landscape. For entertaining, there's a 55 inch picture frame TV for your enjoyment as well as Sonos built in ceiling speakers for music or TV. The dining area has seating for 10 guests and the large eat in kitchen has informal dining for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with a large 8 foot island and prep sink, induction stove top (heats water in under a minute) and large double sink with whisper quiet dishwasher. There's a second dishwasher in the island for the overflow of dishes from outside entertaining! For the warm summer months, there's a large porch for outdoor entertaining that has remote controlled automatic screens so you can extend your evening even after the bugs come out! There's a brand new Weber BBQ for all your summer grilling. The porch also has built in SONOS speakers so you can enjoy your music while using the outdoor space. When it's time to sleep, every guest can retreat to their own private suite for a peaceful, quiet rest. The only noise is you and the wildlife. There are 5 bedrooms laid out over 3 floors that can accommodate a total of 12 guests. Each suite has a private bathroom and 3 of the suites on the upper floor have access to outdoor terraces. The lower level is an entertaining paradise. The large open concept recreation room has a 65 inch TV and sectional sofa for movie nights. There's a dining table and bar table for entertaining as well as ping pong table. There's a separate gym with everything you need for your workout plus a TV to watch news or stream fitness videos for your workout! There's a large bathroom with a steam shower for multiple guests! The lower level bedroom has two double beds to sleep up to 4 guests. Within a five minute walk from the property are numerous walking trails throughout the Happy Valley forest. You can walk for miles and then come back and enjoy the pool, hot tub or steam shower. On a winter's day you will also enjoy the wood burning stove in the great room. Cuddle up with a good book and cup of coffee in our cozy reading chair by the stove. Whatever your heart desires, you will find it here at King Vista. It is the perfect country retreat for all seasons!
