Amazing North Tower @Sand Dunes Resort!
Welcome to your luxurious beach vacation at the Sand Dunes Resort! This newly remodeled, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the 11th floor and can accommodate up to 10 people. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and offers stunning views of the beach and ocean. Enjoy the resort's oceanfront pool deck with palm trees, a lazy river, and a kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. There's also an indoor pool and hot tub.
Important notes:
- Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.
- This condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.
- Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

This condo is in a great location, just steps from the beach! It has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and LCD TVs. The balcony has ocean views, and the great pool area and lazy river are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. This condo is also close to great entertainment options in the surrounding areas!
