PCB WATERFRONT

Beautiful view of gulf! Short distance to beach. Very clean, attractive decor, well stocked with what you need, owner response quickly, location makes it easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back.

Great Bungalo Right on The Beach

This is a cute, clean, and updated bungalo on the beach. The management team is excellent and very accommodating, and the location is close to everything you need or want to do at PCB. The kitchen has fairly new appliances and was stocked with everything we need for cooking and serving. I believe the listing says it will accommodate 6, but we recommend no more than four as the bedrooms are small and there are no dressers or room for stuff. The sleeper sofa is also uncomfortable, and when open takes up most of the common area. Other than that, we highly recommend this rental.

We’ll be back!

We had an excellent trip here and will be back in the future! Clean property and great communication. The house had everything we needed for our stay, as we cooked and utilized the deck each night. The deck was our favorite part and the short walk straight out to the beach. Our only deterrent was some of the surrounding properties and cleanliness of those areas. Overall, it was exactly what we needed!

Wonderful views

The house itself was great. Laid out and furnished wonderfully. We were unable to use the deck, it appeared that 7 cats have taken over the deck and the furniture. The location is perfect. Easy access to lots of restaurants, and outdoor activities. The master bath needs some quick repairs to the door and the sink which we made the property team aware of. We assume by now they have addressed it. They were on top of our reservation, check in and check out but not over bearing. We would definetley go back.

Highly Recommend

Check in was made very easy. Beach chairs and grill were provided for our stay. The big back porch made for very nice nights to overlook the ocean. My family and I would defiantly go back.

Walks on the beach

We enjoyed access to the beach and the deck was great for hosting an intimate barbecue brunch. The inside space was very nicely renovated. Would love to return.

Beach Getaway

This was a nice little house for our small family of 3. Love how it backed up to the beach. The only downside was the unexpectee demolition next door that woke us up every morning by 8 and was there all day. This was defintely a huge frustration, but we appreciated Scotty with Liv Vacations for listening and would definitely consider one of their other properties in the future.

Property was all it promised to be

Except for landing in PCB at the beginning of motorcycle week (50,000+), our stay was lovely. With the caveat, I was not a fan of PCB. If you are in it for the beach, this is your place. Otherwise, there wasn't too much to do other than sun, read, eat (good restaurants), and drink (cocktail hour starts at 5p). The house exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our trip. Believe the pictures. The management company (Dustin was our "go to") was very responsive to all of our questions. If you are visiting PCB fo the week (or more), you won't be disappointed!

Small family get away

This little house was so cute. Beach access was perfect. Love the deck as it was a warm place to be on a cool spring break week. Only a closet in the master so no drawers to put things in. Can use/share dresser in queen room. Would be tight for 6 people. Second bath is good for kids as it is small and tight. Decor is modern and comfortable. Kitchen has all you need to cook am-pm.

Amazing house

This house was incredible. Not only is the location great and right on the beach, but Dustin with LIV vacations made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place 10/10. Even with the construction going on next door, it’s not a bother unless you plan on staying in the house all day. I saw a comment where they could hear the noise from construction on the beach but honestly, we didn’t pay it any mind. Music and waves drown it out. We didn’t have any problems. This is a great place to stay. Perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids.

Great Location! Very clean!

Very clean. Great view of the ocean and easy walk on to the beach which is literally in the backyard. Wonderful large oversized back deck. We will be saving this location for next year when we return. The only setback is they do not provide beach towels, and bath towels cannot be brought out. We ended up having to go buy towels for the beach. Seemed a little strange that a Beach House wouldn’t have beach towels. They did, however have some really nice beach chairs that we were able to utilize. So we just considered the beach towels our souvenir, since we were limited on space in our suitcases back to Arizona. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Beach Getaway

Very cute cottage. Very small bedrooms and bathrooms and not a lot of space to place toiletries on the bathroom countertops. Disappointed that there was hair on the bed linens and in the shower. There were several spiders but the pest control company did come and spray as we were checking out. The noise was significant from the home renovation next door. They were hammering in the posts for the foundation and you could hear it all the way on the beach so you can imagine what it sounded like in the home. Beach access was very convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the deck having breakfast and dinner when the workers next door were not there.

Beach House

We actually didn’t stay. There was construction next door which would have been nice to know. We didn’t even unload. Got back in the truck and drove to Santa Rosa beach and stayed. The problem with any stays like this is you get a picture of the house but not much else. It’s always a roll of the dice on what you get when you show up. From now on I will stay in places I’m familiar with so I don’t get burned. If I was still 20 with no kids it probably wouldn’t have been a big deal. If you have a family you may want to rethink. More of a personal preference I suppose. The company is responsive and the place seemed clean. Just wasn’t for us. We normally wouldn’t have booked in PCB to begin with but it was a rebook from a soccer tournament that got canceled.

Overall was good 😊

Few things about this vacation house! Next to the house is construction, so be ready for some noise during the day. Also my oldest son is allergic of dust, wasn’t clean so good in the house! The last thing about the house is bedsheets - I use to wash them again because everywhere was sand! Customer service 10+!!! Very friendly and they wanted to send someone to clean the house again, but I refused because I cleaned and washed everything very well! And I said that we ready put all our staff in the house so I didn’t want them to come! We ask for full gas tank, they came to late, my husband ready bough and then they offered us $100 for all issues! The house is not so big how looks like in the picture, but is nice for small family!
