Do not rent this condo — filthy, unsafe, and impossible to get helpWe stayed at this Panama City Beach condo through Realjoy and it was one of the worst rental experiences we've had. Problems started at check-in and never stopped. The master bedroom had no bedding at all — and we went two nights without any before it was finally addressed. A light fixture hung a foot out of the ceiling by its exposed wires. The entire unit was filthy — stains on nearly every wall, moldy showers, and none of the three shower heads worked properly. Multiple lights would cut out, forcing us to flip the breaker repeatedly. The back door lock had to be jimmied to catch, and one day it jammed completely and trapped the door shut.Getting help was nearly impossible. We spent the first three nights on hold for 45 minutes at a time before anything happened. When they finally sent someone for the hanging light, we were promised they'd contact us before entering. Instead, we walked in from the beach to find a worker inside swapping the fixture with zero notice.Security is a serious concern. The front door has no deadbolt — just an electronic keypad — so anyone with the code can walk right in.Outside wasn't any better: trash scattered across the front and a badly overgrown path to the beach. The living room furniture didn't match the listing photos and had rips in it.Between the filth, the safety hazards, the security flaw, and Realjoy's complete failure to respond, I can't recommend this property to
