Welcome to your island escape at the Kuleana Resort, West Maui’s hidden gem. This newly remodeled oceanfront 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location—just steps from the shoreline, heated pool, and resort amenities.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private lanai, tropical breezes, and the soothing sounds of the ocean. The condo features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and a peninsula bar—perfect for dining or remote work. The air-conditioned bedroom includes a plush king-size bed, and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for up to 2 guests.

This place was exactly as expected. And just what we wanted. Many hours were spent on the lanai whale watching wave watching and sunset gazing. The grounds were beautiful. We would definitely come again or recommend.

Lovely ocean front condo at the Kuleana Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo lived up to its location, layout, and amenities as described. The condo was clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. The comfortable king size bed and bedding were certainly appreciated.The Kuleana resort, overall, is a special property offering its own unique and tranquil environment. The only inconvenience of this stay was having only one key for two people which lets you into the property and the pool. This left no room for autonomy, both entering the pool, and leaving the resort independently. While the property management was professional and quick to respond they were unable to rectify this. It could be fixed by providing two keys.

This was a beautifully, remodeled unit in a great location with UNBELIEVABLE views!! To be able to watch the sunrise and sunset, with Lana'i and Kaho'olawe in view was so special. Mahalo for a great experience.

Beautiful view steps from the ocean

The property was amazing, well stocked, and had cute decorations. My only complaint was the age and functionality of the sliding glass and screen doors which both need to be replaced. The view from the living room was spectacular you can see the islands Moloka‘i and Lanai and the mostly rocky beach is less than 10 ft away. You can hear the waves crashing all day long which was wonderful. Will stay here again. If you are coming in late and can’t find the lockboxes to get the gate key they are on the outside wall to the left of the lobby above the newspaper stand. Mahalo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo that is literally 60' from the water. It's elevated above the beach below about 15' so its great for whale watching. You can walk about 1/2 miles to Napilli for dinner but this is a quiet location with mainly adults on the site. The beach is mainly rocky but is great for snorkeling with turtles and fish in the plenty. (Also great for tide pools) The condo and pool were great and everything in the condo was new and very nice.

Perfect Last Minute Getaway!!

My husband and I planned a last minute getaway to Maui and we couldn't believe the pricing albeit the recent explosion fire in Lahaina. We originally were going to cancel and then decided to volunteer and spend money in West Maui to contribute (we stayed close to Napili-Honokowai area). True...it was sad to see our beloved Lahaina devastated and destroyed but the locals were kind and appreciated our inquiries on their wellbeing. The condo was absolutely perfect. We loved the view and the rocky beach with turtles. It was very quiet. The only Con was the strength of the internet (but then who comes to HI and worry about the internet! Hahaha Thanks for making our stay comfortable. Aloha and Mahalo🙌💜😎✨

Many local families want visitors back and welcome them with the same Aloha Spirit they have been receiving from our visitors. Our Team strives to provide the Aloha Spirit for our guests to enhance their Maui vacation and provide all the home away from home feels. The views of the ocean and the closeness to enjoy the marine life visits are some of the reasons that make this condo so special. The central location make it perfect to take a stroll or short drive to Napili Bay or Kaanapali Beach for a more sand beach experience while enjoying the amazing snorkeling the beach fronting the property has to offer. Excellent place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Kuleana Resort before and really loved the view, location & community. Our Unit had everything we needed. From the kitchen being equipped and enough bath & beach towels for our week. The only thing we wish our unit had 2 more chairs on the patio to enjoy sitting for happy hour with our 2 family members who also rented a unit at the resort. Our unit was nicely updated and clean. We were clearly given all the instructions as well on how to enter unit, where gate keys were, and how to leave the unit before we left. Very pleased with no issues which made our stay in Maui memorable. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Kuleana 405, and would go back. Perfect location in complex steps from the Ocean. Spectacular views from the lanai sipping coffee in the morning and a nice glass of wine for the sunset. Older condominium complex, but this unit has been re-modeled and very comfortable. Well furnished for a week's stay at the beach. Nice gas grills a few steps around the corner if you want to eat in a few of the nights.Epic Realty was very responsive to whatever we needed. Nothing major, but a few items needed attention and they took care of them quickly. Thank you Epic team!
