New paint throughout. New kitchen and laundry/pantry with new stove, cabinets, counters, backsplash, sink, washer/dryer. New mattresses in the bunk room and new King mattress in guest room as well as a new chair in guest room. New decor throughout condo.

Water's Edge Unit # 409. Enjoy a broad view of the Gulf of Mexico and the shared heated pool from your private, furnished balcony! This freshly remodeled condo features all the comforts of a home away from home. There's a Keurig on hand for your morning coffee, and a Roku Smart TV for a relaxing evening in after a day spent on the sandy shore. Out on that beachfront balcony, you'll enjoy a view of seasonal fireworks at Ft. Walton Pier, weekly during the summer season as well as holidays. Enjoy relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere throughout, with central air conditioning and tile flooring, complete with new throw rugs, ensuring everyone is cool and comfortable. The full kitchen is perfect for whipping up a snack or a meal, and is complete with full-size appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four guests. The main bedroom features a lovely en-suite bathroom with two vanities, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub for guests to enjoy. Younger guests can relax in a built-in bunk bed in their own room. Family games, books and puzzels for all ages are also on hand. But no matter where you decide to sleep, all guests can enjoy access to two shared freshwater pools and a shared fitness room during their stay.

Just as pictured! Very nice place. Owner communication was great. Pool needs a few umbrellas. Beach is steps away and beautiful. Having 2 sets of chairs is a great extra! Would stay there again

Nicely remodeled property in Fort Walton Beach. Pool was cleaned and maintained daily and beach service with two umbrellas and 4 chairs was perfect! We would recommend this spot for families looking for a relaxing time away in the Destin area. Property owner Renee was amazing and responsive to all our questions and needs!

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this beach condo in Fort Walton! The host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect for beach access and exploring the area. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Beach vacation

Condo was roomy, clean, well stocked, lots of bath towels, shampoo soap and conditioner. The balcony and its furnishings made sitting outside very comfortable. All the furnishings including beds were very nice and comfortable. Love easy walk to the beach and getting 2 umbrellas and 4 Chairs was a wonderful bonus. Could use a better set of knives but we loved our stay and will be back

Great view, great week

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. The view of the gulf every morning was perfect and the condo itself had everything we needed. It was a short drive to many restaurants/shops and a few steps to the beach.

Perfect Ocean Condo

The minute we walked in, we loved it! The decor and the layout were perfect for that ocean vibe you want when at the beach! We have stayed at Waters Edge several times and this is now our favorite condo!

We currently live in Arkansas. We have two grown daughters. One lives in Atlanta the other lives in north Arkansas. We are awaiting the arrival of our first grand baby and very excited to be grandparents. We have a dog, Welsh Pembroke Corgi, that is almost three. We have a cat that is 12 and both are the best friends. We spend a lot of time at the lake here in Arkansas. I am recently retired from Blue Cross Blue shield after 32 years of service and loving managing our Condos.Before retirement we had a company managing our properties.

Water's Edge. We love this condominium so much. It feels like home. We started out coming to this property around 2008 I think. My husband fell in love with the enormous pool that is right on the beach. We love to hang out at the beach then go to the pool to swim. All of the people are so very nice. We loved it so much that we wanted to have a piece of paradise and bought our 1 bed/1 bath condo fall of 2020. After attending owners meetings we loved it enough to buy a bigger unit a year later that is waterfront. Great group of neighbors and now we all seem like family.

The Water's Edge boasts the largest swimming pool on the island. Property is very well maintained with on-site maintenance and staff.
The best part is this condo is directly on the beach with the pool between you and the ocean. Private beach access and beach service daily seasonally.
