This beautiful 1,433 sq. ft. of soothing living space is perfect for families or multi-couple getaways. Located on the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this beautiful penthouse inspires seaside living at its finest!

Luxurious Gulf views captivate the eyes upon entering the bright open living room. Relax for a sunset or awaken to the sunrise on the private balcony beyond the living room and Master Suite.

The Master Suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with a full private bathroom. The private bathroom offers a walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanities. The 2nd bedroom also features a king bed (sleeps 2) with a full private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk (sleeps 3). For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Enjoy preparing and cooking meals in the fully equipped and upgraded kitchen!

For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Great place to stay. CareySue was awesome to deal with and provided us with all the information we needed and more. Did everything possible to make our stay memorable. My husband is a clean freak, and this condo passed the test! We plan to stay here again.

Amazing! Already planning our next trip

The beaches are beautiful, and you are away from the highly populated areas. It is a 10 min drive to Destin where you can enjoy all the tourist activities you want, and then retreat to your quiet beach. Condo was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and you couldnt beat the views. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach.

Our family had a great long weekend at this condo. The beach was gorgeous and the amenities very nice. One of the pools was already heated on the first weekend of October, which was nice for when we tired of the sand. The property owners communicated very well, though I'm happy to say we didn't really have any problems to communicate.

Enjoyable Stay!

The condo was bright and cheerful and was just as described in advertising. My grandbabies sleep in the same bed configuration at home so that was lucky. (Double bed on the bottom with twin on top.) The other bedrooms were very nice. Two suggestions I would make is that some of us of a certain age might feel more comfortable with a handicap bar in the guest bath and that you might add a few DVDs for young children. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Property for our Family

We loved this property so much, great location and beach access. The pool was a winner when the wind was blowing cold at the beach. Everything was easily accessible and we will totally rebook this exact trip all over again. We are planning on a summer trip now. The ice machine was a nice addition and pleasant surprise since there was no ice in the ice machine upon arrival, I assume due to Covid cleanliness, etc. Over all, just a great family trip! The kids loved every minute of it and that's what counts the most.

We really enjoyed this condo. Beautiful location and beach front. Only issue was the week was super busy (Fall Break) and the man doing the beach chair set up was overwhelmed and at times rude. Several days we waited 10-15 minutes for set up. My mom is handicapped and my request for set up near the ramp was never met..

Great gulf-front property with spectacular views. This sixth-floor condo worked well for four adults and six kids giving us plenty of space. The owners gave us a ton of information and were very attentive before, during and after our stay. Although the property is supposed to be smoke-free, several people were smoking on the balconies and around the pool area, which was disappointing. The condo itself was a bit dated but clean overall with the exception of some dusty artificial plants and ceiling fans. Based on the beautiful gulf view alone, I would recommend this property.

Very spacious!

The size of this condo was fantastic. Our two kids had separate rooms and plenty of space to play and take breaks from each other at night. Washer and dryer were very quiet, which was helpful since our 3 & 4 year old were ready for bed around 7 each night! The balcony door wouldn’t lock, which caused major anxiety being on the 6th floor with young kids. We were assured it was getting fixed, so I have no doubt it will be.

Gorgeous view from room! Right on the beach. Easy ride down elevator and walk on boardwalk straight to beach...2 mins! The beach attendant, Elliot, wasn’t as friendly as I’d hoped. He snapped at me when I tried to put my umbrella up saying he was taking them up due to weather. It was drizzling! Other than that it was an amazing stay! PS...Check in is right at 4, don’t expect to get in too early. We got in at 345. And they were already cleaning our room at 955. Checkout at 10 am. Just fyi, not complaining just giving everyone a heads up. You can opt to do a late check out for $25 extra until 1 (after you get in the room) It’s a good deal, we just needed to get on the road.

Family Vaca!

While we appreciated the condo itself, we found the cleanliness to be lacking. Upon arrival, our feet quickly became dirty from walking barefoot. Consequently, we opted to wear flip-flops indoors. The kitchen items like pots, pans, and utensils were also unclean; for instance, a knife from the block appeared to have been used and returned without proper washing. We ended up washing everything before use. It seems that the previous tenants may have faced similar issues despite paying a cleaning fee. I do not think the owners are getting the service we are paying for. We did utilize the beach chair service provided with the condo, but were surprised to find out that there was an additional $15.00 charge to have our chairs placed in the first row by the beach. This extra charge was not in the welcome book so I am not sure the owners are aware of the extra charge. Furthermore, the equipment in the fitness center was either broken or in dire need of maintenance, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, resulting in a very hot environment (90 degrees). We reported these issues to the office, who assured us they would inform the HOA. Despite these concerns, we have enjoyed staying at Watersedge before, appreciating its pool and beachfront location.

Snowbird stay

We loved it. Full size washer and dryer, I think they were new. Great patio furniture. Beds were comfortable. Laurie wanted to do some baking but we did not have a hand mixer. I called Easy Vacations and in a couple hours they showed up at the door with a new mixer. Great service. Would certainly stay there again.
